I completely agree. She lived only to please everyone around her. It was easy when she was young and beautiful. I just watched the movie and I've always held a certain amount of pride on my horror endurance. This movie humbled me. And the worst part is if you get over how traumatic the visuals are even for a bit you realise the emotional depth of the scenes and it hits you harder. My new top horror movie. Hats off ❤

I’m in my late 20’s and when I do castings I feel like Elisabeth, seeing all the young models and at my age you are vintage, you should’ve been successful already. That’s why I don’t go out, don’t drink and do a lot of skincare. I feel so scared of aging, and feels like I’m already halfway. You guys in the comments are not alone. I hope we all get better

Honest to god, i’m not the one to usually comment under videos. BUT: This is one the most disturbing movies I have seen. I wasnt expecting anything, I’ve just seen the release on a piracy-website, felt like going to the movies, saw the poster for the movie and went. I dont even know what category or genre I can put this into. At first, up until the middle, I thought it was a psychological-thriller, suddenly it became really sick & disturbing. Pleaseeee WATCH IT YALL. I genuinely think this movie changed me in some way

I don’t know I think Demi Moore made some pretty epic speeches in ‘Now and then’… “He told me that things happen in life that you can't stop But it wasn't a reason to shut out the world. I realized that I've been so afraid of the bad things that that I missed out on the good”

The trailer doesn't make it any justice. This movie is F-U-C-K-E-D-U-P and I loved it. Man I've watched horror movies before, but never remember feeling so disturbed and uncomfortable as I did with this one. Must watch for sure, the plot is awesome, makes you wonder what's coming next every minute. And just when you think it couldn't get worse (in a good way), it freaking does!!! Also the sound effects and music with this one are so ON point. I don't like horror films, but hands down this one has to be one of the best, if not the best I've ever watched.

One of the best films I have ever seen. Yes it’s scary but it’s even more scary how much u can relate to her. There’s so much to take from it. How superficial society is. How we consider unimportant things as the important, how we need to learn to love ourselves and be true to ourselves and the ones that love us. They kept saying over and over “ all by YOURSELF??? ARE YOU SURE?????! And yes it’s supposed to be scary because life is. And you have to believe you came into this world with nothing u will die with nothing. All u have is ur life so be real to urself and learn to be happy, only than will anything matter. Love yourself

The genius of this movie is that it actually deals with very relatable and serious themes, and yet the ending is the director herself also being self-aware enough to make fun of her own movie because of the silly grotesque aesthetic she chose to get her message across. Just brilliant!
