Also the exploration of the laborinth was a bit rushed in my opinion, but that's not too late to be fixed. Another thing I hoped was mentioned was that Paul has been celibate since he started the laborinth rescue, exept for when the succubi attacked the group and Lilia had to help him (strangely Talhand was fine😏). But overall, like with episode 7, I understand that they have to cut something at some point for the sake of the pacing. And the scenes they cut do not ruin the flow of the series, so as a LN reader I am satisfied.

As a king-rank mage she has a pretty impressive mana pool of course, and she retreated to a specific room full of teleportation circles in the labyrinth that a lot of the circles she tries to use to escape lead back to. But that room served as a sort of sanctuary because there weren't any monsters inside it so she was able to rest in there.

We all knew this moment was going to happen because of the foreshadowing. But you can only imagine just what was going through Roxy’s mind when Rudy showed up to save her. She very likely thought that she was hallucinating, or that she was already dead at first. It’s been a very long time since they last met, even if they kept in touch a bit while Rudy was teaching Eris. And even though she was traveling with his father, he was probably one of the last people she expected to see in that labyrinth.

One creative liberty I wish the anime would've taken was showing her hair start to go white. It was already established that hair turns white with extreme mana exhaustion with Sylphy. I don't know if there was ever any exposition about it specifically. Though at least in a future chapter, it happens again with Rudy's hair temporarily turning white too. I do hope that they backtrack a little bit and show Rudy's prospective of saving Roxy, because the cut to black from Roxy's prospective just doesn't hit as hard when you cut out the chapter that showed what she went through for weeks. I recall the light novel mentioning that Rudy broke through multiple dungeon walls and then flash froze the entire room. With Roxy mistaking his spell with a higher tier one, when really he just pumped as much mana as he could into the same spell she had used in the episode.

i have not read the LN but from what the anime portrayed, one can imagine the following: She's been stuck for A MONTH battling, by herself, endlessly spawning monsters while low on food, water and mana. Rudy was entirely feeling like a child not an adult man, for example he was playing with Sylphy all day long for months if not years. Anybody who played with their small relatives would know even if we love them it gets boring rather quick and there is just no way "an adult man" can play with a small child so long. Back then he didn't even realize Sylphy was a girl that an adult man would notice for sure. So he was a wise child at best, but he wasn't still close to his family simply because he wasn't so close to his previous family neither. He always felt like he was fooling them by acting like their child and kept himself apart.
