My mother loved the Sullivans, every day when I came home from school this would be on (felt like every day) and that theme tune still haunts me 😂 There was another Aussie soap that became popular among my teenage peer group as we used to find it hilarious but I’ll be damned if I can remember what it was called , hospital drama and a purple bar I think called Bunnies 😅 oh dear my memory has let me down.

I had the pleasure of working and being paid cash in hand as a young teenage boy during some of the filming 9just helping out and this and that) of the Sullivans at Werribee South and Point Cook very fond memories l shall never forget l was made so welcome as a naive 15 year old boy ...and Hector and his brother offered me ongoing work how silly was l to say well l want to keep going in school and become a train driver...what life can offer you if only l had the foresight heheh regards Doc
