Interesting, looking nasty as ever! So I'm curious, you think extended pole piece is actually hitting the inside of the dust cap? If so I wonder if other team subs are doing this? I know I was blowing caps and I believe it was because my lower chamber was possibly too large for the power. Corey Dean told me to double up on caps... Use one 6 and one 7. Also I heard of guys like Chris Lee that had similar issues and fixed it by plugging the pole vent.

I punched caps off up to a 7" directly off center pole contact. I personally know someone who was punching caps off of his 15s. The 11.8" carbon cap from Adire Audio is working extremely well so far though.
