I like the scale patterns on those carp. Depending upon the light, they really sparkle. Great fish. Definitely a quality over quantity adventure. Thanks for sharing.

great fight, well played. It reminds me of where I fish on lake Michigan. I Usually maybe get one or two hook ups in 4 or 5 hours but they tend to be biggies. It's worth it!

I really like that kind of fishing.

I find that checking hooks each cast is vital especially when the bottom is rocky , went the other day knowing the wind wasn’t in my favour caught only 2 fish a 25 and a 32lb but not great in 6 hours, pre baited the evening before but only saw one show ,the weather is so important.

Totally agree about the hook points, an important detail. Thanks for watching.

That's the kind of spot you hunker down in and be patient. Some nice quality fish comeing out of there tom. I believe that there are certain spots that just hold bigger fish. You just got to put your time in to find them. Congrats on that great fighting 21 lber.

What a great fish Tom, well worth the wait. To be young again no way could I go up and down those rocks without breaking a hip. One question -- what does a zillion moths look like ????
@OutsidewithTom3 ай бұрын
Slightly smaller that a bazillion. 😁

Great video! What do you use for your baiting needle? Looks like a pin?

Curious how your kastkings are holding up? Had mine 2 years now love them but both within the past 2 months had the alarm clicker fail. It's a little thin metal plate that broke. Unfortunately kastking doesn't sell replacement clicker "plates". Other than that outstanding reels
@OutsidewithTom3 ай бұрын
I don't use them anymore, they were giving me problems. Here's a video about it kzbin.info/www/bejne/bpinqI1jdsmpjsU
