That was a great fishing trip, you get more doubles than anyone I know. I enjoy the part when those gentleman ask if you were catching anything good. When people walk up on me and ask what I am fishing for I tell them catfish, it just makes life easier.

Ha, I do the same thing a lot of the time. No explanation needed when you say catfish.

From watching that net cam it looks like that wind was churning up alot of food on the bottom. Who would have ever thought that windy day was going turn into such a good session.

I think the fish like the wind more than I do. 😁

You catch some really nice Carp, and the lakes you have over there hold some good fish. Tight lines

Another great video Tom, thank you. Fishing with a strong head wind can be tough, especially in the fall when it gets cold!

Great session Tom. Finally made it out on Friday AM after a several week bout of saltwater and surf fishing. Fished a new spot in my lake as the normal arm of the lake I fish is choked with weeds and very shallow due to lack of sufficient rain. Landed one and lost one - lost fish hit and ran so hard he pulled over my tripod stand. It was a bigger fish than normal and had him on for about a minute until he spit the hook. Try again in about a week. Thanks really enjoyed that video.

Thanks again. Have you ever used a carp care antiseptic which is sprayed on injured areas of the carp to help any lesions, cuts, abrasions, etc.? It helps those injuries to heal faster. Take care.

Great video when I come back from Croatia with my wife it January is still hot here in Sydney Australia I haven’t been fishing for over 4 years due to looking after mum and dad but my wife said you should get back to fishing it’s good for your health as well catching fish I can go all year round at winter it slows down but you still can’t catch carp the lacks here don’t freeze up like in the us 🇺🇸 yes it gets windy but I find a spot between two trees and it works but this video is ten out of ten windy or not you had a great time thank you Tom question how far are you from Fairfield USA due I grew up in Fairfield in Sydney but thank you for this great video 👍🎣👍🎣👍🎣👍🎣👍🎣👍🎣

Great video as always. Just packed everything up to roll home from a weekend of bank fishing. Between not having any rain and all the rock and gravel there aren’t many places to place rod holders. How do you deal with the gravel and hard ground regarding your rod holders?
@OutsidewithTom3 ай бұрын
If I can't drive the banks sticks in the rocky ground, then I'll pile rocks around the base. That is the one situation in my fishing where a rod pod would be useful.
