Hey WickedBinge I pretty much agree with all of your points that the 2023 Super Mario Bros. movie is better than the 1994 Mario movie. I admit that I think that on it’s own, the 1993 movie isn’t really that bad of a movie on it’s own merit, but what brought it down was slapping the Mario name on it, and deviating from the source material. The movie by itself looks really awesome and action packed but by slapping the Mario name on it, it really crushed people’s expectations that they thought they were seeing a Mario movie and it probably got negative reviews because of it having nothing to do with the source material. I think a better title would be Super Action Men or other things like that. Not Super Mario Bros. Since it had nothing to do with what we think of Mario. I’m not saying that the 1993 movie was necessarily a bad movie, it might have a so bad it’s good territory by cult classics but it is a BAD as in TERRIBLE territory instead of so bad it’s good territory Mario Movie. I hope for your next videos before Guardians of the Galaxy 3 comes out, that you do these videos, Who should voice Yoshi, Wario, Waluigi, Princess Daisy, Professor E Gadd. Bowser Jr., and King Boo if they appear in the next movie or movies. And also which The 2023 Super Mario Bros. movie character would win Squid game. I think the winner will be Princess Peach, we saw her rule at the obstacle course, so Glass bridge, might be easy for her, she is a princess so she would underand she is and red and green lights, she is physically strong like with stopping the cages from being lowered into the lava, strategic, like duping bowser with an Ice Flower in her bouquet, a survivor so the night time brawl won’t hurt her much, and other things. I don’t know about the Honeycomb challenge though because I never saw her cut things.

Like the fact this new one has a better grasp on the general looks and energy of Mario's game world ALONE makes it a better film. Let alone in every other category. If I had to try and find o n e area that the live action film did better in an objective way... its the fact that Mario & Luigi are together longer in it. But because the personalities of them are so... off, it still doesn't feel too much like Mario & Luigi. As to where even with them being seperated a lot of the film, Mario & Luigi's portrayal as brothers is 100% accurate in this new one.

This year Mario made 1billion at the box office you know with the Live action Mario for some people guess it was so bad it good 😂 interesting change to let Luigi have a love interest but wonder if they should have done the whole Mario falling for a princess and having to save her thing

Personally, while I liked _Super Mario Bros._ (1993) in a "so bad, it's good" kind of way, I liked _The Super Mario Bros. Movie_ (2023) due to it being very faithful to the games. Not just one _Mario_ game, the _entire franchise,_ which includes _Mario Kart,_ and _Super Smash Bros._ And more.

I like both films equally for different reasons. In some areas (such as humour and character development) the 1993 one is better. In other areas (such as accuracy and visuals) the 2023 one is better
