This is a great way to start the new week, a new vlog! This is a Quintessential vlog, a little bit of everything awesome! Very cool the notion of health benefits from swimming in the forrest. That pool has really become a centerpiece of the home. I’m loving RJ’s haircut, looks very guapo! Added bonus we get to visit with all the cousins and their dogs, YAY! I love spending time with these angels. Don’t give up on those peppers, it can take months to actually get mature fruit from a seed. It’ll happen. I’m not a someone who is envious of others but, the one thing that I truly envy (and marvel at) is your pallet. I am totally impressed at the foods you eat and enjoy. I’m such a picky eater, I’d love to have even half of your pallet, LOL. It’s a rainy day so let’s stay inside and cook, now that’s my kind of rainy day fun!! if you want your tomatoes to go insane about eight weeks before you plant them in ground about six inches down place some washed seaweed and kelp under the dirt after eight weeks plant the tomato plants in same line. We had fist sized cherry tomatoes and from six plants in Canada we got nearly twenty grocery sized plastic bags worth of tomatoes from those six plants

Hi Mikey, ya know all the fresh coffee you use? You can use the used coffee grounds as fertiliser. It’s great for adding nitrogen to your pots or your farming plot. RJ’s haircut!!!! OMG 5 mahbuhay stars!! So cute x

You need to install a 3 bin composting system, you have enough yard and food scraps to make a lot of compost. Side dress your herbs and peppers with compost.

You need to water your herb garden. It's very dry. Also something is eating your peppers. But they really don't grow that slow. Something is off with it's environment. It looks pretty dry in the soils. I know it has been typhoon season but they need watered everyday.

Plant your veggies and peppers in the Sunnyside of your garden. Plants love sunshine and water to grow. Put some eggshells, coffee grains, fruits, and veggies peels for organic fertilizer. I think you can “forest bathe”without actually swimming but I’m sure you’re getting extra health benefits from the swimming too. I think of my little camping trips as forest bathing as long as I can enjoy the plants, birds, bugs, green colours and fresh air. Can’t wait to see the pond all together with the turtles!

I like how in the vlogs that the farm property doesn't look that big at all, until you see that the excavator and the trucks that are used to work on property are just absolutely dwarfed by the size of the area haha. And yeah there's Typhoon Goring currently in the Philippine Area of Responsibility right now, and apparently another one is about to enter this week due to the monsoon conditions and will be called Hanna once it enters the PAR, although it is less likely to directly affect the country. Rains will still be expected though, which will cause something of a delay as well for my plans in revitalizing my turtle pond , but it is what it is though and those of us who have outdoor projects will just have to wait until the weather improves.
