I started the carnivore elimination diet 9 months ago and had a lot of healing. I'm now adding other foods in but avoiding processed carbs as much as possible. I'm 68 next month and feel better than I've felt for 15 years. The healing is amazing plus weight loss.

Wonderful talk! The meat diet made me sick because it was so harsh on my body. Must consume premium beef as well. I've paid attention to my body and followed my forefathers' lead by eating vegetables and smoothies. The truth is you do need to have protein and I have been adding vegan protein powders and feel great!

If you have to buy protein powder which is a processed concoction not sure that this what nature intended.

Im doing the mediterreanen diet again after testing keto, carnivore, vegan for 5 years. The mediterreanen diet feels best! Cause veganism made me sick lacking amino acids like glycine, carnitine, creatine, taurine etc…… Now I even supplement some with glycine powder in my matcha/coffee (not coffee daily though) i also supplement with coQ10, carnitine (on and off acetyl l carnitine and carnitine-gives intense dreams! Its interesting!) omega 3 daily also. I give my daughter daily zinc, coQ10 gummies also! I feel calmer doing this, and more creative!

Eating meat saved me. I tried a more vegetarian diet but all the toxins in plant foods cause me all kinds of problems.

What Mark said was its not about eating meat but what other artificial ingredients you avoided.

@@gshrdy5415 I only eat organic and have for most of my life. I don’t eat processed food either. So adding back meat saved me-grass fed grass finished beef, pasture raised chickens and Heritage pork. Wild Atlantic salmon (not farmed) fish or seafood of any kind.
