What’s weird about the Switch Lite is that sure, the normal Switch package costs $100 more- but a significant chunk of that money is the dock, which retails separately for anywhere from $50 to $90 dollars. In other words, I’m not sure this is going to be anymore lucrative for Nintendo than if they just sold more Switch consoles that just came with the Joy-Cons and nothing else.

THE SWITCH LITE HAS GYRO AND ACCELEROMETERS IT HAS MOTION FEATURES Everyone keeps reporting this because they said you need Joy-con to play motion controlled games like One-Two Switch. But it's because you can't flail the joy-con around when they're part of the system. It still has Gyros and accelerators in it to support things like Splatoon 2's Gyro aiming (and every other shooter on the Switch honestly, like Doom, and Warframe)
