Thank you for explaining so well what nobody did before. I have suffered from PMS for as long I can remember and I go through all those stages during my cycle. Sometimes, it seems like I'm myself for just a couple of days, before becoming a depressed and sad little girl, then having anger issues with anything and everything, and I've just accepted it, cause I didn't know there was a way out of it. PMS is so normalized that we just accept it since everyone goes through that. So I'm enthusiastic to know more about!

I’ven been loosely tracking my cycle for a while now. But this is absolutely the motivation to analyse it better. It sounds so obvious that it is your body’s way of signaling things, yet I always thought it was something to just accept. Thank you for the information 🌸👏🏻

I love this episode and the way you explain what PMS exactly is and how it’s not normal. So different than my doctor told me and the advice to just take the pill 💊

I have been tracking and analysing my cycle for over a year and I saw some improvement with the generic information I have gained and applied but now I am relapsing into the same PMS symptoms and I am so glad to have found your page to hopefully help identify the root cause of the symptoms I experience. 😊

I started listening to your podcasts via instagram since yesterday and binge listened to them all! You have a very clear way of describing and story telling, making it easy to understand what is actually happening in my body and getting more connected. Even my boyfriend is listening them to understand my cycle better :) At this moment I am a still in the PMS club unfortunately, but I would absolutely love to join the Bye PMS club for specific symptoms that I just don’t know what to do with them. Very happy and eager to learn and share with other women :)

Hey teo, The knowledge n experience u shared in ur podcasts is really valuable n thoughtful, binged watch all of it. I'm 26 yo female, One thing i wanna request u to plz focus on in depth individual series or show about each hormone like estrogen, progesterone, insulin cortisol n others Like how they affect our body, energy n brain chemistry in each cycle n how can we observe imbalance in these, early in our cycles. Also i never heard u talking about aloevera juice it's my personal experience as i took 30ml of pulpy aloe juice empty stomach in morning in luteal phase since it's anti-inflammatory n blood thinner i got very fluid flow without clots along with PAINLESS PERIODS. It's also a phytoestrogen so i got my period in 30 days my usual cycle is 35 days. Also wanna request u that plz make vids about affects of supplements on menstrual health like vit d n b complex as they both help in metabolizing estrogen.

Very curious to learn more about my PMS with you! My body and my mental health is draining but it’s difficult to know when to do what. When to eat certain products, do certain trainings etc. It’s all quite a lot to do on the ‘side’ in my life. Looking forward to it! 🤍
