Thanks man, i finally found the solution for this problem. there is a bug that causes that the installer cannot find the path of the file that wants to execute so the simple answer is change your upper level folders to English. i mean those folders that the setup file is inside them. i hope you'll find this answer helpful and like me to help other peoples, too.

I am so happy that I have helped so many people. For all those who is asking why it is like that. I don't know. And by the way this dose not fix the problem. This is a way around it. If you really want to fix it. You probably need to do some deeper research. :)

Regarding the "Error reading setup initialization file" fix : If the solutions mentioned in the video do not work, it probably means that the installation file is corrupted and needs to be copied or downloaded again!
