The law of attraction
Every big dream, begins with a small step, we set out our energy towards our goals, but we need to keep our eye on the steps in front of us.
Moving to Northern Sweden and living a simpler life in the forests was one of the best decisions I ever made. Making changes in our day to day life to become more self sustainable and living the life that was once a dream.

As I watch your creation, it brings tears to my eyes, I so connect with this energy. There is so much beauty in observing, and doing. Yesterday, I cut pine boards with an old hand saw. This hand saw was made around 1920, and it is a beautiful piece of craftsmanship, created in a time when things were not made to be discarded. I worked with this saw, cutting along side the line I made with a pencil. I let the teeth of the saw cut as they were designed to do, not by force, but by the flow of movement back and forth. It is a simple thing to be apart of, yet to be in this moment, it is like a dream, a dream of peace and tranquility. Then to stand back and admire the boards attached to the wall, it makes my heart sing. Your movies are the same for me, the gentle movements, the beautiful flow of energy as you fill each bottle, the way the melting snow creates steam as it dries from the tree, your video's speak to my heart. I am sorry if my words do not accurately describe what I feel, the feeling is sometimes just too big for words.

I wondered about the shampoo made with (?) nettle, hops, rosemary....sounded like "Beards nettle " - I wonder if you used Beard lichen (Usnea species) ? I feel your videos are healing.... It seemed like you were using a pot made of aluminum -I could not tell...and want to ask if you have thoughts about the use of aluminum for cooking ? I hear pro and con opinions... Väldigt trevligt, tack....

And birch. A very great combo for better circulation in the scalp, promote hairgrowth and against dry scalp. Thank you so much❤️ i have no idea either, but i only use these pots for making things like shampoos and such, for cooking i dont use aluminium pans, or pans with a layer that prefends your foods from sticking to it when preparing meals. I find cast iron or ceramic pans the savest😍

Thank you for the new video. It was very relaxing as is your voice. I have found myself clenching my teeth at night while sleeping and so tonight I drink an herbal tea made with valarian root, passion flower, mugwort, lemon balm, chamomile and skull cap. It helps me sleep calmly and be relaxed. I love nature and being in the woods or by a stream. The sound of water is musical. The cameo of your dogs is so sweet. I love them both and am glad they have you and you have them. What is that tea you were drinking? I have not heard of that herb but maybe I spelled it wrong when I googled it.

And our hairy friends that so much enjoy a gentle massage before sleep , that calm s them down but you - a sedative to relieve stress and ambiguity - Spring brings in itself a strength and from that exploration and enlightenment becomes the norm - so relax, lie back and enjoy life - you know you want it !!
