I made the third recipe last night. I used what I had so had to sub Bisquick for flour. I also didn't have sour cream so I used a 1/4 cup ranch dressing and about that much veggie broth (I wanted mine a bit less soupy for my finicky husband). I had to use different mushrooms and lucky I had some on hand! Dinner was a hit! I think he had tears in his eyes as he thanked me over and over and over for making this dish. He's being really sweet to me today. The key to a man's heart really is through his stomach lol Thank you for this lovely helpful video😊❤

The 3rd recipe looks amazing, lots and lots of onions and mushrooms, you can never go wrong with lots and lots of mushrooms and onions. When you added the sour cream, I though, oh it's sort like a Stronganoff but with chicken instead of beef. Going to have to try it, looks like it would pair up well with al dente egg noodles.
