It occurs to me that you should check out the concept album "Tales of Mystery & Imagination" by The Alan Parsons project. The songs are all inspired by Poe's poems, stories, and letters. It includes The Raven, The Telltale Heart, and The Cask of Amantillado, among others.

Funny!! I just finished Boudica: Dreaming the Bull and there is a Tell Tale Heart pyscho drama for the last 1/4 of the book! So this story must have been a favorite of Manda Scott!!
