Lost my Dad 19 june 18, he was 86. Had his share of health struggles just like your Dad. Ain't it amazing how tough they are at there age. Learned nearly everything i know from " The Old Man". Taught me to hunt and fish, and how to work with my hand's. If you can do any of those thing's even half way good. "Then there ain't no hill for a high stepper" great vid, keep em coming:)

Every so often you express frustration and impatience with a chore but you never skip a step, take a shortcut or say "good enough". That's so admirable, as is keeping spare dampers and pipe around, just in case.

Just opened your channel, was watching Zach, then some housework,(yes at 4 am.. but when I was young I wanted to sleep late, as old I still want. To but I wake about 2:30 and may as well start my day.), anyway you have started to do the wood for WINTER BUT first you automatically checked the wood stove for any needed repairs. Those are the trates I mentioned earlier that you do as regular life and it taught your children what is important to take care of. I'm not your mom but I'm still very proud to be your u tube friend. Fondly, mrsjob

Your an awesome dad! Theres no way my dad would give us these opportunities unless we were willing to work with him. Splitting fire wood, splitting electric payments, mowing, taxes ect. You seem to handle 100% of responsibilities and I applaud you for your dedication.
Jan French its therapeutic for me. It burns off frustration and gives you time to think. Even humbling if you get a few knots in there.

It is always nice to go to the cabin, I was hoping to see some shooting but I guess we can't have everything. Sorry about the weather. Dad and you kicked ass on the wood pile. You know you can go to flea markets and pickup new videos for a buck. Agfa was good. I love those kinds of movies that don't say a thing. Like in Castaway, Tom Hanks acting in the silent parts was so good. Till next time take care and don't forget....bottled water.

I can't wait till deer season and hopefully all the family joining you up at the tent, but with all the new additions to the family maybe not lol. Anyway thank you for the time you put into making these videos because I know it can be frustrating when they don't do what there supposed to do. Hi Melissa hope you're well, and your Dad looked so awesome out there right beside each other getting ready for the season. Thanks again and all the best and stay safe.
