Another thoughtful review! I appreciate your balanced analysis and how certain you are to explore the positives and negatives of each car. On this one you have done an excellent job of revealing how much the driver is in touch with the growl of the engine to be in touch with the driving experience! Looks like we need a review of the Land Rover.

The only feature I look for in a car is doors that open straight up, so this car is perfect for me.

This is why borrowing a car for a short time yields weak reviews--for example an owner would tell you that the steering feedback is adjustable. Did you try the “sport” mode? You get much more road feel with that if you want to “work for it”,

I often wish I had more time with the cars. Sometimes one day isn't always enough but its the most I could get with the Tesla. The car actually was in sport mode when I made the comment about the steering and sport mode defiantly makes a difference but in my opinion, still didn't give me the feedback I like in a car.
