People like short regurgitations of the lore in fun and irreverent ways these days. Old channels like mine are dying due to it. So, look at the hits. These self written pieces get fewer hits and much less interest in general. It is what it is. Only a fool argues with the community. I’ll keep doing these as long as I can. But they’re NOT popular. I can’t change reality. Nor adapt quick enough. So, it’s all time limited now. A bummer. But thems the breaks. :)

@@baldermort Nah, things run in cycles I think we're both old enough to know that. Your talent is something very few people have. Make some of the flippant crap to appease the masses but don't sell yourself short and not keep these more in depth stories going as well. You have a large very loyal fanbase that will continue to return for these stories again and again. As they share them with others they will slowly grow. Just look at someone like Tex from BlackPantsLegion and his long form Battletech content it went thru dips in analytics just as you're experiencing now. In the long run though those videos have really paid off even though that isn't what he goes for. I may be selfish in telling you this because your stories are just that good and I would hate to see them die for the sake of people with the attention span of a gnat... Take care and God Bless...

I saw the notification for this right before starting work, and folks couldn’t understand why I was so perturbed about something minor but time-consuming which kept me busy during my lunch break. I told people, “It’s because I need to know what happens next.” So much!!! 1) I thought it was a Necron battle with the Eldar that killed them all. A c’tan shard would be utterly insane. 2) The crew attacking a solitaire without abandon was crazy good. Pity the Guardsmen, but damn if the crew raged against the flickering ball of death. They did the Emperor proud. 3) And the pay off for, “You tit!” I re-listened to old vids seeing if I missed it anywhere 😂 Well done, good sir, well done!

My good Lord of Lore Baldermort, I have enjoyed EVERY entry you have given us and I thank you for your precious time used to make such captivating tales. I have listened to about 70% of the audiobook content on Black Library and Audible BUT it was your stories that gives me inspiration to make my own stories for my models and armies. I think you might be happy to know that I have a 40K Ork MekBoy I am playing in my D&D game and wrote a back story for him (much in the style you did Kronan's) and I had the whole table laughing, even those who knew nothing of 40K. By the way LOVED the last 3 minutes, had me giggling the whole time I typed this out.
