Dont think that's possible for tim pool to be a guest. He likes the center of attention.

Tim is getting married and having a baby, why is it so hard to understand he's choosing family time over a massive workload?
@banjiman98692 ай бұрын
Because none of that had nothing what to do with why he was quitting at the time. He said managment, people and the revenue wasnt cutting out. He wants to be a big head in the mews world but doesnt wanna manage his company appropriately. Hannah clair hasnt been seen sense even though she was a co host. Yet Ian is still around. We understand his family situation, sure please have your time but at least be honest or dont break ice if youre not gonna spill the beans.

And btw he already made that clear, yes take your maternity leave and hire host to take your place and beome a permanent position. It has nothing to do with that. That was already made clear. The whole thing was strange and a little immature to just complain about the shows situation and wanting to shut it all down only to come back the next day and continuing to book guest. He's also still runing his culture war podcast .

@@banjiman9869 All I can comment on is what he said. Its none of my business and if he chooses to change history thats on him. What the truth is ultimately is not for me to decide, nor do I care. I simply stated what was told and to me it makes sense. If it doesnt to you that is ok, for all I know we both are probably wrong. In the end who really cares. He will do whats right for him, his family and the company. I wish him, you and anyone else who works hard and tries their best all the success.

People are too soft. In any job sometimes the boss man has a meltdown and vents his or her frustrations your just going to have to deal with a little bit of constructive criticism.

i love tim period , he is being real that is all. so why are you ranting about him.
@banjiman98692 ай бұрын
Because it was odd behavior, we understand he has family situations going on, but he complained anout management and how things are brekaing and people dont care or dont wanna listen at work. He wants a family and he wants to be a prominent outlet but cant manage his company right. Hannah clair hasnt been seen sense, he said he was done but came back the next day. People can talk about it if they want, of course take your family time off but that doesnt mean what he did wasnt strange, Ian is still around, out of all the people there, Ian is still around. The guy does nothing but ramble on and disagrees out of spite, Phil still comes around and some others, but he's complaining yet Ian is there, for how long has Ian been off and on inconstantly?? When Tim was breaking the ice Iqn comes running in high asf to save his skin. Its all strange.

Speculating, but I get the impression Tim is a micromanager. He's also extremely ambitious, and that's just a fact. If I had to guess, he's got too many irons in the fire, and is spreading himself, and Allison's time and attention, too thin. Add in getting married + a prego fiancé, and you get to where he is. Micromanagement can also create an organizational culture where people become afraid to make decisions, because they've been repeatedly rebuked in the past. IDK, but there's more to this than a blown graphics card.

Also want to add Tim's sister Lisa, was facilities manager years ago, and had to leave because of what (again, my speculation) Tim's micromanagement. Tim would benefit from hiring a COO (Chief Operations Officer), retaining his vision as CEO, but delegating decision and management capacity to the COO.

Why does it take you 4 minutes to even describe what is happening. I don't know what "the situation" is or care about your criticisms at this point if you're not going to tell me the who what where and why. You're just using his name as fluff for views at this point

I plan on talking about this video during my next stream but yes it was rushed and bad. Should have made notes and waited to make this video until I was better prepared.

He is, he's talking about whats going in libertarian conservative media. Why cant we talk about this stuff? Why cant we talk about how Ian offers nothing to the show but disagrees out of spite and to just argue, why cant we as fans ask these questions why he was making it seem he was done yet thousands of people pay into his show. Its atrange and we can talk about it if we want. It makes up for content wether you like it or not. Tim does it all the time. He did this over Steven Crowder, talking about Crowders issues with his own show and his divorce and his lawsuit. Wheres the criticism for thatm?
