I hope she finds her way, it’s not easy to grow up with a parent who suffers from addiction. In the world of materialism it can be even more confusing because few that are around you are honest or remotely sincere.

No matter how hard you try, you will not make us feel bad for gorgeous people who get paid to be beautiful
@JesusLightsYourPath2 ай бұрын
That's ridiculous. Terrible horrendous things happen to beautiful people everyday just because theyre beautiful. Your looks don't make your life any better than someone elses. If that were the case then ugly famous people wouldn't exist.
@Kjos_jax2 ай бұрын
@@JesusLightsYourPath Looks aren't the only reason people are famous but they improve every aspect of your life. Even health wise symmetrically featured people have better immune systems, reaction time, fertility rates, etc. Who said it made someone immune to tragedy? If you don't think the hot girl has a leg up over her peers, you're literally insane... There is actually a reason some unattractive people become famous. A) Their talent exceeds their flaws like Ed Sheeran. Usually these types are smaller in stature and nonthreatening. B) There are those pushed because they are fugly and undermine the staus quo of Hollywood perfectionism. Like Adam Driver and Tilda Swinton...
@CrabbinFever2 ай бұрын
@JesusLightsYourPath, beautiful and rich people definitely face tragedy. However, when they have a bottomless pit of money and everyone around them seemingly worships the ground they walk on, nothing is learned, nothing is gained. So in that respect it is harder for them to overcome tragedy in an authentic way.

It is so annoying when people flaunt their sobriety. It is a personal journey and the reality is that relapses can occur. Not to mention that when people flaunt their sobriety, people will unintentionally await a relapse. Nobody wants to hear about ones sobriety, especially friends and family. Infact its even better to keep it hidden whether sober or not. People will constantly think "i wonder if theyre still sober" etc.

@popermen694 They encourage people to be open about things like addiction with the assumption that one's circle is supportive. This can backfire in many ways. The crux of it is that at some point in life, we are assigned a place on the totem pole. It is not fair, but it is true. When someone moves up in the totem pole, their peers will feel threatened by this and subconsciously attempt to sabotage. It could be a "friendly jab" or more manipulative tactic like smear campaigning. In a perfect world, nobody would have such traits like this, but it is part of the human condition. When someone has been assigned a low position early on in life, and is known as an addict to all of their peers and family, they have 3 options 1) remain addicted 2) sober up and accept their low position and always be known as the "addict" 3) sober up, climb the ladder, and be prepared to cut off many friends and family.

Glad she's doing okay, but I don't see her as a talented actress. Ricci, Moretz, Silverstone, and other 90s actresses were more talented and had better roles. Never been a fan of her, and imo she's just not a good actress. She's basic.
