Orbison had passed at this point. They kinda got together by accident, Harrison and Lynn were recording a song for George, and the others heard Orbison was going to sit in, and all went "Me Too: They only did the two albums during their free time, bros just jammin' together.

There is a documentary about the start of the group. It went something like this... Roy and George were at lunch in LA, Jeff ran into them and someone suggested a jam session, but where, Let's go over to Bob's house. Ok, but George had to get his guitar from Tom's house. Suddenly you had five superstars in the same room, all having fun jamming together. The rest is history! Find the video, well worth the time. Thanks for doing what you do!

The Traveling Wilburys is a rock supergroup from 1988 made up of Roy Orbison, George Harrison, Bob Dylan, Tom Petty & Jeff Lynne. They had a lot of great songs such as "Handle With Care", "Heading For The Light", "Inside Out", "Tweeter & The Monkey Man", "Dirty World", "Last Night", "Rattled", "Nobody's Child", "Congratulations" etc. Sadly only 2 guys are now left from this group (Bob Dylan & Jeff Lynne).

Next up from the Wilburys: "The Wilbury Twist". The band is beyond legendary, but the video for "The Wilbury Twist" as has the legendary John Candy (Planes, Trains & Automobiles) and Eric Idle (Monty Python) in it.

George Harrison from the Beatles (for those that don't know) and Jim Keltner, their drummer who is a famous session drummer who has played with a LOT of other artists includiing on some of John Lennon's, and George Harrison's solo recordings. The Traveling Wilbury's only had 2 albums out Vol. 1 and Vol. 3 ( YES Vol. 3, there is NO Vol.2.....they just thought it would be funny to call there second and last album Vol.3) So ANY songs from those two albums would be good. BOTH entire albums are great!
