This video is such a huge help for riders at any level... I've been riding for so long, everyone always assumes my balance is on point because I have long manuals and some clean airs but its basically lacking in every other aspect (tire taps, fakies, footjams, nose manual, etc). these tips are great thanks 👍

My method of better balance is to ride a BMX like a trials bike.... I get on and try not to put a foot down or touch anything for as long as I ride, it's a lot more difficult but when you get in the groove, you'll find your balance points pretty quickly.

you have no pedal pressure, meaning that it’s 100% balance, like a manual in place but much harder
