Hello,
here is a classic dessert whose recipe is carefully kept secret.
For the record, Alexandre Micka, a pastry chef of Polish origin, arrived in Provence in 1952 and opened a bakery/pastry shop in Saint-Tropez. In 1955, the film "Et Dieu... créa la femme" by Roger Vadim was shot in Saint-Tropez. Alexandre Micka, who was in charge of making the meals for the whole crew, presented his pie to Brigitte Bardot. She suggested that he name it "tarte de Saint-Tropez" but the pastry chef finally opted for "tarte tropézienne". In the process, he registered the brand and the patent. To this day, only 3 people would know the real recipe... So I will not pretend that it is the real recipe ;)
In this video, I show you step by step and in a chronological way everything you have to do to make a pie that comes close to the original.
Tell me what you think in the comments ...
See you soon
