In south africa 8 to more children are dying after eating snacks from local shops. It is so sad. We all need to know what we put in our bodies, and this had to start early in our lives.

This was amazing. I listened twice! I think Black people really need to hear this because they think melanin is a super power and not taught to nurture melanin from the inside!

The trauma isn't necessarily from blatant abuse. It could be from a betrayal (cheating, lying, etc.) or being in superficial/shallow relationships. I have had no desire for a romantic relationship for almost 15 years because of my ex. I had suspicions that he was cheating and it got to the point that being intimate with him was repulsive. After I ended it, he admitted to cheating. The lying and gaslighting lead to what I've been told is trauma, although I feel happier being on my own.
