Hey everyone! I’m so glad you’re enjoying the video! I didn’t elaborate too much on the whole Piers taking down the segments about Jay-Z and Beyoncé thing. My experience is in behavioral psychology, not law, so anything I have to say about this is personal opinion which I’m ok talking about in the comments rather than in the video. I’m going to just list a few thoughts I have about this situation here and I’dd love for us all to discuss what we think is going on there. 1) I personally find it interesting that someone would sue a talk show for something one of their guests said. People say all kinds of things on talk shows, if what they’re saying is wrong, why not sue the person for defamation? Let them produce evidence to back up what they’re saying. Now, some people have said the reason they’re not suing Jaguar Wright is because she doesn’t have alot of money. But I think to a billionaire like Jay-Z, just embarrassing her legally and stripping her of her credibility should be payment enough. I must admit, I am not legally savvy enough to know the details of why someone would sue the platform rather than the person. I know that Johnny Depp sued the newspaper in England that published Amber Heard’s article about him instead of suing Amber, so it is sometimes the way people go but I’m not sure why they wouldn’t just sue the individual making the claims. This is why I stuck to what I do know in the video and want to discuss this here. 2) I haven’t heard too many people talking about this and I think it’s very important. Piers isn’t an idiot. I can disagree with his views on certain things but he’s not a stupid man. He knows very well that the moment he mentioned in the follow up video that Jay-Z and Beyoncé requested those segments come down, people will talk about it even more and most importantly, people will find those removed clips wether it’s on his channel or not. The internet never forgets. Those clips of her talking about Jay-Z and Beyoncé were extracted and posted all over social media thousands of times by thousands of people. It’s out of his hands. He can legally comply but by mentioning it and apologizing he’s only adding fuel to the fire and igniting people’s curiosity. Those who are saying “I can’t believe he would try to erase that” are missing the point: by mentioning it in the follow up video, he’s doing the opposite of erasing them, he’s immortalizing them.

DJ Vlad's points are a nothing sandwich. He's even defending diddy for a sec saying that we don't know what the actual evidence is, and law enforcement is reactionary. His words are also a huge red flag. “Police only press reactionary charges, like after a documentary or a lawsuit.” Like, wtf. Cops can’t really press charges against someone unless they have evidence, you know, to prove the person they’re charging did the crime… considering most judge & juries will need something to convince them of such accusations, and double jeopardy makes it impossible for the cops to charge someone for the same crime twice, even if more evidence is found later. So, yeah… a documentary worth of evidence, or evidence found in a lawsuit is a HUGE break in a case where the perpetrators are in an organized ring with millions of dollars in legal protection. That kind of evidence definitely helps give the cops a SOLID case to charge the perpetrators with.

Helpful analysis. Here's my 2 cents. Here's some qualifiiers so you have context. Not to bolster myself. Ive lived in LA since 2009. I am a 54 year old single woman no kids, never married with a bachelors degree and a lifetime of profession work in experiential education, character and service learning, substance abuse prevention education at schools around the world and a very successful but unfulfilling stint doing B2B technology sales for a fortune 1000 companies. I rock whereever I go, basically. 😅 Since in Cali, I worked with lots of people in "the industry" from recording artists to heads of major studios, writers on major TV shows, set designers, makeup artists, costume designers, PAs stylists, and other personal trainers, which I was, who like me worked with industry folks too. I also for a bit attended adult parties and clubs, as a completely sober, consenting adult choosing to take part in activities I wanted to take part in. I also heard about many kinds of parties that were of a different caliber. The parties with the different "rooms." From my fitness clients in the industry, by 2014 or so I knew about Weinstein from several different people, I heard about Cosby with specific information about college basket ball teams, I heard about Kevin Spacey, Will and Jada, and many others. I also have had the polar opposite of those experiences, of becoming unhoused, being physically disabled during that time and being extemely vulnerable and isolated during the lockdowns, which throughout much of I had no EBT card, no general relief, no photo ID, no phone or any electronic device and relied on the one meal a day I could get at the food back, if I could make it there. Just for context, I have experienced a wide variety of subcultures in this city. When I first heard other homeless people in Hollywood tell me about finding girl's and women and boys bodies in dumpsters and luggege I thought they were just scaring me or making up boogie man stories, or maybe it happened once. But after several years of hearing the same thing from several people who found bodies while dumpster diving, I could no longer dismiss the possibility that they were telling the truth. There is so much more I could tell you. My impression of when she starts talking about the bodies in suitcases is that she is bent on making sure that particular piece is said and heard because it hints at an even more sinister background that must be revealed. To those who think that what she is saying is exaggerated in anyway, I ABSOLUTELY disagree. I feel like she and so many others that speak out, like me, are constantly trying to calibrate how much of the truth the public can handle hearing. Let me say it like this. If she gave you everything she knew, she'd be locked up. You wouldnt believe a single word of it. It would be so outrageous that you would discount everything she has says. So it is a difficult task to figure out what the public can handle without losing your access to a platform.
@gracecamaxtli7090Ай бұрын
Thank you so much for sharing your story. You’ve achieved a lot but have also had to overcome a lot ❤ I admire that. I agree with you and believe everything you said. Reading about the bodies in dumpsters made me cry. It’s more horrific than I ever could’ve imagined. Please share more, if you can.

I love that you reminded us to think critically & balanced! I’ve noticed that oftentimes Jag does embellish her stories but she definitely does speak a lot of truth. Unfortunately her embellishments tend to discredit what she says, so like you said, it’s important to evaluate all of her statements individually. For example, her story about personally saving trafficked women via boat from Epstein’s island.. I don’t know about that but who knows crazier things have happened 🤷🏼♀️ As for DJ Vlad, he’s a total fed or an informant imo. I find it interesting how many of his guests end up incriminating themselves on his show and then get arrested soon after their appearance.

Just being repeatedly exposed to such trauma would prime the mind to pick up conspiracy theories. There's studies on it you can look up. Rolling Stone did an article on it even. That's why a lot of the accusers that go public the way Jag did seem "crazy" because they latch onto other theories that support the evilness of what they fell victim to. That's why although I'm skeptical of some claims she's made, I believe most of what she says. I think she exaggerates and gets over dramatic about the whole thing because she does know victims and she feels empathy for them and she has a platform so she uses it to help those people. I think under UK deformation law you have to prove that the information actually damaged your reputation. Wright by herself doesn't do that, but being given the legitimacy of Piers Morgan's platform does! In the UK it's often the publisher rather than the author that gets sued: there was a case where our former Home Secretary (UK version of national security chief or interior minister) straight up lied in a newspaper column - the newspaper had to pay fines and issue corrections, no consequences for the author!
@sovereignbrehonАй бұрын
This is clearly why Pier Morgan was chosen to reach out to Jaguar for an interview, they figured they could use this interview to platform this interview which would make sense for them to go after the publisher instead of the guest, and by the whole theater of sending the cease and desist and agreeing to edit out parts. I think the Media Industrial Complex thought it would result in people discrediting JW because most people will not look any further into it than that and will simply repeat the highlights at the water cooler on Monday. There is never a point when the controllers are just shooting from the hip. It's astonishing she is still alive. She must have old motherblood in her!

Jag had one album in the early 2000’s and then immediately after her career died off. If she was in possession of recordings of these crimes she alleges happened, isn’t she essentially an accomplice for withholding evidence of said crimes? Jag claims she knows everything about every body, even new artists that just came onto the scene. How? Her being right about Diddy being a demon… guess what she wasn’t the only one. She’s been echoing what dozens of people for decades have been screaming from the rafters about him. Doesn’t make her like some type of oracle. It just means that she has ears and has been listening to what everyone else have been saying about him. If she’s been at all these parties and connected to so many high profile celebrities, why isn’t there not ONE photo of her at these events? Not even in the background or anything? She has been diagnosed with mental illness. She has very obvious delusions of grandeur. If she has receipts on all these people, then show them or stfu. She’s an amazing storyteller. And let’s not forget how on her on KZbin channel she’s constantly asking her viewers to send her money on her cashapp and then she’ll release said receipts.

Hi. Thank you for this analysis which I think was very rich and informative. A few things to point out - I think you should consider cultural nuances in terms of your analysis of Jaguar Wright. As a Black person, I can recognise her approach and body language, and what others may consider as exaggeration, I recognise as emphasis. This is a common pattern of speaking in Black communities and is not an indication that the person is lying. In addition, Jaguar has been talking about these issues for a long time and has been ignored, some of her heightened expressions are what in the Black community is commonly called 'blowing-up the spot' - mainly used to force your attention to what is being said. She is aware that she has been called a conspiracy theorist or simply mad; but you can see how she moderated her usual approach in Black shows, for a different, European and mainstream audience. Secondly, Jaguar Wright has produced receipts in the form of a recording of a phone call which proves that DJ Vlad has tried to get her on his show. He disparaged her character and then went on to confirm the substance of her allegations. Thats disappointing.

I'm very glad you covered this. I want to know about the case but it is sickening and very hard to hear. So I find I'm listening to the story through at least 3 layers of commentry. When it comes to mortifying and horrifying experiences, people do find it hard to put into words. I do mean situations of utter depravity, and I can see this lady grappling with this as she bravely tackles the subject. The side-stepping is not cowardice or deception. It's disgust and a bunch of other extremely uncomfortable emotions plus the urgency to say what she is there to say and not let an experienced interviewer take control of the conversation and lead it into shallow salacious trivia. I don't think I've ever seen an interview quite like this before. Mostly when someone is interviewed on topics like this that they have experienced, they put on a fake voice and don't show their face. The shame and threat of reprisals are too much. I get the feeling she is speaking mostly on behalf of others. Perhaps she looked after lots of girls after they went to those parties. I have the feeling that these parties didn't have any interest in females who dom. She probably didn't drink what they gave her and they showed her the door as they did with others they could not control. Also, taking a photo with the devil, well, she was a professional sex worker and, as I understand it, the successful ones learn early on to be *discrete* It's a survival skill.

I’ve watched hours of her speaking on this and she tends to bring a dramatic flair to nearly every conversation she has. She speaks consistently and does not differ in any interview I’ve seen. She speaks directly and does not recant her statements. From my observation, I do believe she has knowledge about this issue, but I think she co-mingles eye witness knowledge with second hand knowledge and blends the two together often. For me, that raises a credibility issue. As this case develops, it will be interesting to see the effects of Jag’s disclosures. I commend her for being bold and discussing this publicly.

Just to give people perspective on eye contact. I am autistic and while I can make eye contact, when I talking, especially about something intense, in order for me to process and speak coherently, I reduce eye contact dramatically

I have been told I don’t make enough eye contact. I can say first hand it doesn’t mean I’m lying. When I was a kid I didn’t get contacts or where my glasses until I was 14, so I was used to not seeing people clearly. So when I could it was kind of freaky for me so I never established very good eye contact in life. I’m kind of shy too too much eye contact freaks me out a bit- but I’m not a liar!!
@tinajeppesen5948Ай бұрын
Also I agree, when a subject is intense, or emotional, or even embarrassing or hard to talk about I tend to lose some eye contact. I have always felt I’m on the spectrum. Not obviously autistic but certain qualities, that go along with ADHD too….don’t always like to admit that because people think u are “dumb” which I am not, if u have different ways of acting or expressing yourself.

Very interesting video. I didn't know that DJ Vlad at all. As for Jaguar I 've seen her once or twice before. In this interview she was calm, contrary to how I ve seen her before. She's consistent in her way to tell the story. She's believable. But that DJ Vlad... as soon as he arrived on the show, I cringed. Inside of me, it was screaming - this guy is toxic and involved. I don't believe him at all. He's covering people and probably himself as well. That's how I felt.

The fact that Vlad said she hasn't put out an album in over 20 years as a way to shade her but before The Love Album: Off The Grid, Diddy didn't have an album in over 17 years. Honestly I don't remember any new Diddy songs being played anywhere even before all this came out. Eminem's music is always condemned for being controversial, yet I hear Houdini almost every time I turn on the car radio. I don't think any new music by Diddy has actually been hyped as it used to (even before this) and honestly most of his music that people like of his are all old songs from the 90's/early 2000s. Even if people working in the industry aren't putting out albums, that doesn't mean they aren't working behind the scenes. Diddy was still producing, managing people, has side businesses (among other things) between albums. There's a lot more to the music industry and so many levels than what we see or hear. Making Vlad's point invalid.

@loveszappaАй бұрын
it not either/or, it’s both. If your not corrupted and willingly complicit, they will find a way to control you, if that doesn’t work, they discredit you or make you disappear. Lived in Hollywood, known this for years - lots of people did - but we were just called crazy “conspiracy theorists” if we talked about how obvious it was to people with eyes open. That’s the thing - it’s hidden in plain sight because people have the hardest time seeing things they don’t want to believe. And one way to get away with things is to make it so incredibly unbelievably awful - no one could possibly believe it’s true. Hunter s Thompson explains this in Fear and Loathing - touches on a lot of these subjects. But people just think it is crazy talk - easier than having to do something, hard to face these kinds of truth in any kind of productive manner.

Spidey, Jag has actually said that she learned how to be a 'truth teller' from Katt Williams. They used to date years ago. So, it makes some sense that you sometimes hear that same cadence. She's also talked about playing an act (being so outrageous) to get the viewers' attention. But she definitely knows how to straighten up and present well, which we'll probably see more of now that she's gained national attention. Your analysis of vlad is spot on. Her the worsted!
