Plants photosynthesize for food, humans photosynthesize for energy. light through photons helps us to create our energy in our biology through the flow of electrons with negative charge in the mitochondrial nucleus that have positive charge protons charging the ATP synthesis.

That is how it was in the past. Nowadays the supermarkets sell the usual junk, people buy ready made food, and they eat late in the evenings. I will not mention what ignorant parents feed their children. Only some older people in the villages eat still the traditional mediterenean diet, and that not quite. One more thing, the most of them live off meds. Young and old.
@thanosspeedy23215 ай бұрын
@@marymary1945-f8x It's just that here in Greece there is a lot of obscurantism on health issues. I agree with you , the wrong diet from the supermarket and from delivery with fried food with seed oils is catastrophic . The obscurantism I mention is that the issue is not what you eat but if photosynthesize , which here especially biochemists do not know what the photoelectric effect means for humans,

Another episode full of wisdom and guidance! I love how you made it so neutral about the diet type. I am following whole food plant based nutrition and you got me worried there for a minute, thinking you'd criticize it 😅 but at the end of the day it's correct that we are all different and we need to listen to our bodies to see what food adds value to our lives. And the most important thing is to have quality programs in our subconscious mind 🧠

It shouldn't be this difficult for us to provide nourishment to our bodies. I never had a weight problem until they introduced high fructose corn syrup into foods. The landscape of the grocery stores today are filled with landmines. Each of us is different. Eat the things your body responds well to. Your body will tell you what is best by how you feel after you eat. And listen to intelligent people like Dr Lipton. I love Anita Moorjani's story.

So much wisdom here! Starting with the glasses was genius; it took me many years to recognize all the toxins, GMOs, etc.in so many foods, including those that were originally healthy. I'm glad you brought up the subconscious mind's effects on nutrient absorption (and so much more). I read Anita Moojani's book and loved it. The big Hype of corporations has confused people for decades. I finally decided to listen deeply to MY body's responses to what I consider healthy foods. Still doing that as our beautiful Earth continues to be poisoned. I love your reminder that we should also enjoy our food without becoming addicted to it. You've spurred me to keep going deeper into my subconscious to free myself from those beliefs, messages, etc. that prevent me from living my healthiest, happiest and most enjoyable life. Thank you! Namaste

Dear Bruce, hopefully you can find and read this message somehow. I cant express how much, from the deep of my hearth, you helped me and clarified me with this video.. after being vegan, vegetarian, then keto and now almost Carnivore I been struggling this last time wondering if I'm doing it right or wrong, if eating animals is ok or not and being confused trough all those experts with opposite opnions about health both sides of the diets (carbs yes / no - Plants good / bad/ etc.) and there is a "study or investigation or research for all". And the worst part is that I was always stressed or worried about if what I m eating is "correct" or not.. All this time I've got the intuitive feeling (coming from all the knowledge you share) that more important than food is maybe the mind, how we can poison ourselves or absorb the best nutrients from the food just with our mind (being really convinced about what we are eating) and I always wonder from the side of the Epigenetics and your experience what could you think or suggest, and you just release this video... so amazing, thank you very very much! You make such a great contribution to all of us as human being, please keep it up. Sending you the best energy, love and desires. Stay well my friend, and thanks again

Personally, I think the iron fortification of corn flakes is more dangerous than the corn itself. When you do a little digging around iron overload it’s show. to contribute to c4nc3r, liver failure, immune suppression, celiac and chrons.
@NigelHyphenJones6 ай бұрын
Well, my uncle who is 92, eats a box of cornflakes every week and smokes rolled tobacco like chimney and has done so all of his life. Even after prostrate cancer 10 years ago, he still smokes. Being Italian (one born & bred in Italy, not 10th generation descendant) he eats a Mediterranean diet, apart from the Cornflakes. So, genetics combined with lifestyle play a big part in longevity (although Bruce may disagree with the genetics 🧬 part 😄)
