These "healthy habits" videos are a brilliant idea. I find when I have a deeper understanding of how something impacts the way I feel, I'm more likely to stick with the habits that make me feel healthier.

I've been working on correcting my posture on and off for 4 months now, and I stumbled onto your channel a couple of years ago. I’ve been doing these stretches for about 3 months. My head is now about 5cm backward confirmed by my wife and many friends. Thank you, it really work. (I do the stretches and the neck exercise after wake up and before sleep everyday, and the one with the ball only 2,3 times a week). Good luck to all other, just be patient, and the good thing is this also relieve neck pains too. You are amazing James.

I did this at the start of my second semester in my first year and after doing it for roughly 8-10 weeks I noticed a significant improvement in my posture even when I'm sleeping (my pillow used to be in between my shoulder and neck). It helps to do it every so often when it is fixed to release tension but I can say that this video was effective and for others to give it a shot, it took me roughly 2 weeks to feel/see improvement.

Well done! Sitting in the office for a long time gives me headaches sometimes. These posture videos helps big time from relieving pain to boosting confidence! I like how you explained the muscle groups and how easily these routines can be fit into a daily schedule, contrast to a sweating 30min cardio.

I tried the stretch out as you were explaining it and I actually got a pop in neck and one in my back when I did the second one lol. Thanks, I've had so much pressure there lately and finally found a stretch to help release it.

Gotta say this video changed my life. I've found the second exercise easier to do and maintain without pain. It even cleared my sinuses great! Then, when I do the third and fourth, omg I get so relaxed and it makes me inhale and exhale so easily and deeply. Completely wonderful therapy. Thank you for the video. It was very informative and I will certainly include that routine during my daily workouts. This is something I have notice recently, has become more and more prominent with my posture. It started when I was a little bit younger, and my due to hormonal changes, my nipples became hard, and protruded through the shirts I wear. My friends used to make fun of it. In order to 'hide' it, I began leaning forward, and using bigger shirts. Thank you.

I have been doing these exercises routinely for over a year and I'm really glad to say that they did help me a lot, my posture definitely improved greatly. I just have the problem that on the right side of my neck, it worked better than on my left side and I have a hard time getting the weaker side to catch up. I'm still doing every exercise on both sides as shown, just on my left side I feel significantly less stretching on the areas that I want to affect during the exercises then on the right side. Obviously I probably have done something wrong somewhere to affect my right side more than my left side.

Hi. Started these today. The most painful to me were the first and last exercises (with the head raised up). I don't have a tennis ball, so i used a bottle. I did the last one on the ground. I gonna try doing these 2x a day, one after waking up, and before going to bed. Thanks.

This exercises saved me. After 3 months I saw results and I'm so happy for this, some people even told me I look taller, and that was for the neck position. Thank you so much
