Been watching Sawyers videos for years and what I love and appreciate is that, while others just recap the chapter, he dives in deeper into the narrative and tries to provide connections to the overall story. It be easy just to recap but he goes the extra mile. Thanks Sawyer!

Same been watching since 2009 I use to watch him along with the others but over time they just recap the chapters and became like any other one piece reviewer , so the quality of they video diminishes to me . Sawyer on the other hand always added and expounded upon the story of one piece with his insight and that’s what makes him the goat of one piece reviewers .

I got into Sawer for this same reason, back when Naruto was releasing weekly at the very start of the 4th Great Ninja War. He's excellent at making connections and bringing up topics that other reviewers miss, or dont dive deep into. It was especially true with Naruto. I stopped watching when Naruto ended but started watching Sawyer again when I hopped on the One Piece manga just over a year ago after being anime only until then. I think Tekking101 among others are top tier One Piece analysts as well.

I think the reason oda said that wano could give away a part of the one piece is because original wano being underwater could have people thinking Laugh Tale is underwater too, and if the world has been sinking since the void century then that’s likely where it is. You need the coordinates to know where to descend to the bottom of the ocean to find it

i want to bring attention to the pole shift/planet shift theory again i bet 100% the red line used to be the equator, as red line also means equator in japanese theres many more hints or even confirmation of this like the maps of skypia and jaya that shifted 90% in 400 years joyboy was 800 years ago, so the planet has to be put to that position again, which would mean turning it 180 degrees, so literally turning the world upside down, as roger and whitebeard said

What makes this so meaningful to me is that Usopp, Nami, and Chopper have always been the seen as the most scared or weakest in fights. Luffy's aim after Marineford was to get stronger to protect those he loves, and now even the "weakest" in his crew are able to protect their friend, too, against a Gorosei, no less.

13:40 The historical Nerona Imu was confirmed to be male when Ivankov referred to him with with the masculine version of "saint" (sei). Of course, the current Imu could be a different person, but Cobra saw him face to face and seemingly came to the same conclusion as Ivankov. I was a bit curious if "him" was also used in the original version of the latest chapter, as using gendered pronouns is pretty unusual in Japanese, but Artur confirmed in his most recent video that this was indeed the case. And the facts that Sanji doesn't seem to yet know Bonney's age, and that Bonney seems to actually like Sanji... well, that's just the most Sanji thing ever.

I honestly think that Imu was Joy Boy so when he was dying they made him immortal but it did not work exactly so they lost the Nikka power and therefore was unable to keep promises because the power source escaped.

Maybe Imu and the Gorosei come from the sea and are from an ancient time where there was only water on the planet or at least only a small handful of islands? Then some ‘Gods’ came down, built the red line because they couldn’t swim due to their powers and start populating. The natives let the ‘Gods’ do whatever they wanted but after years they had enough and went to war. Maybe Laughtale was the first island that the Gods made or at least populated? Would be a nice twist that Imu just wants the world to be the way it used to be. However, Imu himself/herself doesn’t know how to destroy the red line and only someone who has the power of one of the ‘Gods’ can do it which is Luffy. Maybe that’s why the Gorosei sees humans as insects and hates them as they are the creation of those Gods and they decided to stay on top of the redline as a power move.

Because his theories are half baked and usually don't make any sense. For example the first couple of seconds of him talking can be disproven. We see the first 3 admirals when they were vice admiral and already had their fruits. The last two had their fruits when they were recruited and that's the reason why they skipped straight to admiral. Sengoku was an admiral way before him and didn't get a flood prevention fruit. The second thing doesn't make sense because why would the world government give the fruits that can help with the sinking to them instead of the 5 elders who wouldn't just defect like aokiji did.

Youve been making it clear for me. And the source of luffy's heart power is actually someone who believes in him even if its only one. Like the one when he almost die during impel down (bentham relentlessly cheering for him) and when luffy vs kaido (nami told kaido off and keep believing that he's not dead) there's more like the alabasta arc and enies lobby. 12:24 why would Imu be concerned the Gorosei might drown? As far as we know, they spend 98% of their time on top of Red Line. Also Imu being male was confirmed to Japanese readers back in chapter 1086, when Ivankoff refered to him as male. Sandman made a post on Twitter about it: "In Japanese chapters, male Celestial Dragon is called -聖, while female Celestial Dragon is called -宮. And Imu is called Imu聖, so Imu is confirmed as male."

Responding to 11:31, I'm pretty sure CP0 takes orders directly from the world government which means that Lucci would recognized the goroseis voice as per the fight with kaido and luffy when CP0 jumped in to help kaido, they were directly ordered to do so by the gorosei.
