I loving my TruFace Revealing Gel which contained both PHAs lactobionic acid and gluconolactone. Been using it for years without irritation or sensitivity, yet deliver result. Used to using Zelen’s Bio Peel pad, but when I found TruFace Revealing Gel, I’m a convert. Cheaper price too.

I'm surprised you haven't talked about Brandon Truaxe's unfortunate death. He c revolutionized affordable skincare. And you introduced him to many on a personal /professional level & found him amazing in your interview. He changed lives for millions. Speaking about mental illness should not be shunned. Whatever the details, his life deserved acknowledgment. I love you & learn so much from your videos, but am just surprised I'm seeing others discuss his impact in the skincare world, & not you. Maybe I missed it?

Yes. It's very sad he couldn't be helped. I use The Ordinary and thank him him for bringing me affordable skincare. I think whatever Nadine says will cause outrage that's why she has to keep away from it. Terrible thing mental health x

I adore PHAs and have used them for years (Neostrata/Exuviance). They do so much more than exfoliating and without *any* irritation. Apart from what you mentioned they also take care of rest sugars in the skin.

I really rate the Exuviance Bionic Serum! Its about £30 which is amazing for such an effective product. Wanted to ask if you've used the Neostrata equivalent? Again, Neostrata Bionic serum or something like that... The ingredient list is so similar (I think exuviance contains mandelic acid but don't see much more difference other than that? Do you have a preference for one of the brands over the other or do you know where they differ?

All Biologique Recherche P50’s contain lactobionic acid - ok it’s over £60 for 150ml, but last a long time and is one of the best. Neostrata eye cream contain PHAs and is a great product, especially for a sensitive eye area (under £30)

Korean skincare companies are using phas, too. There’s a great oil cleanser with PHA in - name escapes me. Pretty sure folks at Soko Glam have covered it in one of their videos though.

I have rosacea and my dermatologist introduced me Neostrata products with PHAs about 4 years ago. My skin is not irritated by it personally. I have used from the Neostrata Restore collection: the Facial Cleanser, the Ultra Moisturizing Face Cream, and the Daytime Protection Cream with spf 23.

Thank you for treating us to what's new.. I must say you look absolutely stunning today.. You've done something different to your hair, I can't pick what it is though... I love it, and I love the purple/ Lavender eyeshadow, I believe it is ? It maybe be something completely different to those colours, but that's how I see it.. I love the som bi mi pha bha aha mitacle serum. In fact so many of the korean and japanese brands do great PHA products. Whats your view on azuline oil? Is it anything like blue tansy? (And not just because its also blue but meant to calm and soothe)? Love your videos esp beauty hags x

Already on it hun ,must be off you GOW about a month maybe ! Hard to say really as I do the bloody perfect regime. I tell what I did order at the same time their version of skinceuticals feruelic! Ok but their both a bit pilling ( have to wait longer between courses!) Jeez louise takes me long enough as it is !🤷‍♀️🧚‍♀️👌

I too find it appalling that there has been no mention of Brandon's death by Nadine and the other beauty know it all's that turned their backs on his company, and him, when his mental issues started. And only mere months before Nadine was gushing all over him in his interview. I wondered about a bit of mania in him watching that KZbin. But no. I will continue to buy The Ordinary products as long as their formulations don't change. Brandon was a genius that revolutionized skin care for the masses. Affordable, active ingredient based, and build your own personal regeim of skincare line. Many dermatologists love his products because they are simple, honest and affordable. Therefore their clients can actually afford to use them and get benefits. I didn't turn my back when the know it all's where touting the knockoffs. Where were these companies affordable products before?!? They sure as hell aren't getting my money now!

And that is why many are now boycotting The Ordinary. It is no longer Brandon but just Estee Lauder and its minions ...such a shame

Nor do I want the knock-off products that have additional 'other ingredients,' or fillers, in their products that my skin is sensitive to.
