I think they are all nervous because this is the first guest podcast. I have listened to/watched all the episodes till date but this was very chaotic because everyone had something to say at the same time. You need to let the guests finish their stories without interrupting in the middle and it's okay to listen to their stories without adding anything from your side. It makes it look like you're trying to make everything about you. Like at 51:48, Stas couldn't even finish her sentence. Please consider this a constructive criticism and not hate.
