Kameron Lester why can't you just go back home??? I'm not being at all negative towards your situation, but your videos are incredibly slow moving and I just don't see it for you Sis... With your health issues you need to be in a stable situation... To start a go fund me account is extra Tacky... You moved to California without security.. your ex-friend kind of already had it Poppin... This move was not a good move for you... ijs I am speaking from experience you need to let this KZbin Shit Go...(people only watching your struggling videos for the Drama & Shade).... & Home...

Having been homeless before, I know what you're going through. It's a very trying experience, but one that you will conquer and be made stronger for. Seems like you're taking the steps necessary to put yourself in a better position. You may have to put the bills on hold for a moment in efforts to save so you can get a new place. Either way, I'm donating! All the best, Kam! Stay strong!

Sometimes it doesn’t hurt to go back home maybe you need to be surrounded around your family. “LA friends” aren’t always the best options. Just being honest. This time in your life you are going to need real loved ones. Who truly support and care for you not convenient friends. So really think about it and make the best choice for you life and situation. You are young and can always move back to LA. #takecareofyou those friends who are true friends will still be here when you one back.

Kameron Lester I hear you and I totally understand what you are saying. However the doctors can prescribe all the meds in the world but if you are stressing and have no true love and support near, It will only hurt your health in the long run. No one will ever love and heal you like your mom at your age. The beginning of my transition I thought it would be smart to move away to Vegas and it wasn’t the brightest idea. A lot of medical hormonal issues and things I didn’t know about were happening. I went through a dark time and didn’t have that love near me i needed. So i moved back to LA, not with my parents but I got a place not far from home. Got my doctors transferred and now I’m going through transition here in LA. My parents aren’t transgender and didn’t know what I was going through but they learned and their unconditional love has helped me so much. I’m super healthy and my transition in moving along great and I’m in a much better place. I’m just saying you don’t have to move back home because I know it’s hard being an adult but independence feels so good! I know trust me. Just take care of yourself before anything else. KZbin and friends will always be here but your health is truly dependent on you being strong and complacent. Wishing you the best I know you are intelligent and strong! Just keep your eyes open to who’s around you.

Because I wanted it "now" I wanted to be fine "now" at that time. 2 years later I remember that and I am completely thankful for the process. So I am telling you now. You will be great and you will be fine. The beauty in life is in the struggles. It NEVER rains forever. Ps I saw your comment saying your place is here i.e in LA and I completely get you . And that feeling right there is was will get you past this. Good luck

California is a tough place to live because the cost of living is extremely high. Unless you have several roommates or make good money, you just can't survive here. I know your doctors are in LA, but other states have just as good medical care and you will be able to work and survive and save to come back to Cali when you're able. Your health is most important, that stress will take you out. Just take care of yourself. If you're homeless, you can try to get an emergency housing voucher as well. There are programs that can help.

Hi Kam, it breaks my heart to see you almost cry explaining your fears. It’s very expensive here in California, I’m 5hrs away in the Bay Area. I wish I could help your personally. I will donate to your gofund though. Keep your head up. If you do go into the shelter it may be a blessing because they have resources and all types of programs. You may qualify for some housing assistance, which would allow you to have your own place with help for your rent and bills. Don’t fear the future, sometimes you have to go right through the storm to reach the rainbow.

Kameron, you are breaking my heart. I don't want to see you homeless and I would hope that before it got too bad that you would consider going home if that is possible. I'm praying you find a place before too long and that things turn around for you. I saw in the comments that someone suggested driving for lyft or uber, that would be a way of earning extra cash. Wishing and praying for the best.

Kam......if you make it happen, home could be an option. While in L.A., seek Dr.'s in your home city/state. Give consent for your medical records to be transferred. Your current Dr., can escript to several pharmacies. Thereafter, healthcare at home should be at ease and immediate. Due to planning ahead. Put that pride down, go home, so you can be safe. Your family wouldn't want to see you like this. You have choices, just make the best one. Remember, stress is not good, for your health on so many levels.

This is your defining moment and honestly it's ok to admit you need help. You're going to have to really grind and pull from a deep place to make it happen, but it is possible. Kameron, this is said with love, but it's ok to admit that you made a mistake and move back home and rebuild your life there. Lots of young people move to big cities without a career or enough income to live in these cities by themselves. Take it as a learning experience. There are HIV docs and medication programs back home. Or move to the outskirts where it's typically cheaper.

Are you able to start looking for low income housing or section 8 and applying for food stamps, free health care, etc? Food banks also help with food as well. Hospital jobs like janitors, etc. are often easy to come by and have extra benefits. Idk if selling your car is an option but if you are in LA it might be cheaper and more realistic to use buses/ubers to get to work (not sure whats more financially realistic for you). Prayers to you.

As im thinking about your situation and thinking from a Mother's point of view. You were probably advised not to move to LA in the first place by your mom and you thinking your grown enough to make your own decisions and took off and now the situation has went from bad to worse you feel as if you cant go home because that would prove she was right. Your Pride will only keep you in this process longer. You've got to ball pride up chew and swallow it and go home cause parent's always knows best. Your experience can also be a learning experience for Chris not to follow in your rebellious footsteps. So chalk it up to experience and burn you some highway hunty.

And you sound just like me Kam. I moved down to SC from NYC. My parents and siblings are still up there. I have some family down here who I was able to stay with, but I got my own place, dealing with all of these financial obligations. It became too much but I don't like asking for help from anyone at all. And my mom hates that I don't reach out when I need it, but it's a pride issue for me I guess. But it came down to a point when I had to make a decision and move in with a family member for the meantime to build myself back up again. So put your pride aside and move back home. You shouldn't put yourself through homelessness if you don't necessarily have to.

My son is about 6 years older than you are and if he ever even hinted that he was without a place I would move him back in with me in a heartbeat.. that clause was put into the agreement that I have with my new living situation.. call your mom ..you’re only 20 dealing with MULTIPLE stressors it’s not good for your physical or mental health. Go home take care of yourself ❤️

So sorry all of this is happening to you at once. I know what that feeling is like and how easy it is to want to give up. I don't have much my self but I did donate. I hope that things look up for you soon ✨

I haven't watched the full video yet, but from what I hear so far from this, I think that you should remember that home is always there back in Texas. I think if you're going through all of this, you should go back to living with your mom. You're 21(?). Youre still very young and have the ability to start over and try LA again at a later time when everything is together. But always feel proud of yourself for attempting to take this step st such a young age and maintaining as long as you did! That's honestly how I feel.

Baby it's nothing wrong with going back home and being with your mom and your brother your 20 years old you're still young you can save up your money and go back to LA when you're financially stable you have enough has happened to you this past year I think your mom would prefer for you to be at home at this point it's nothing wrong with that you're still young go home and then start all over again.

You are strong . And super smart. And Brave af. But LA might not be the place for you RN. Maybe you should go home and try moving to a different state thats less expensive. Trust me i know how expensive Cali is. Im frm San Diego and i had to make a tough decision and leave because it was soooo hard to get ahead out there. Maybe after you come up with a different plan eventually you can go back but in the mean time it's not worth going to a homeless shelter in LA especially when u I have a support system at home still. Ya know ?

Instead of a homeless shelter try the roommates section of Craigslist. You have to search but you can find a nice clean, furnished room and a decent roommate for as little as $100 per week or $400-$500 per month. I've been in your situation before so hang in there! I'll definitely keep you in my prayers.

Honestly Kam, I loved being able to see you and feel like I am actually seeing a real real piece of you in this video. I know it is a constant struggle out here and you will get through this and come out the other end even stronger, I swear. I literally thought you were the happiest and that is a prime example of what we show online vs. real life. I'm here if you need to talk, for real. Sending you so much love babe. Keep pushing, keep being your true self and don't give up.

First I want to start off by saying I'm not subscribed to you but every time your video pops up, I feel the need to watch it. You're such an inspirational person and you always have something positive to say. I know times are tough right now, and you might be the realest person on youtube for posting this. Life isn't always glitz & glam and some people need to realize that. I can't wait until you're in a stable place mentally, physically, emotionally, and financially to look back at this video and see how far you have come. I wish you the best!

You never appeared okay to me but when I mentioned it a few videos ago people in the comments felt that I knew the person that your at odds with. He attacked a parental comment. I'm one of your probably few older viewers so I see things differently so I comment as someone no longer in my 20's. Blessings.

Lachrechia M Johnson You sound real STUPID. You also sound like a person who is taking things quite personal with this young man. And as far as you not being 20 anymore, neither am I, but I do know a thing or two about empathy. I also know about JEALOUSY and BITTERNESS. You sound jealous of the fact that you are no longer 20. And bitter at the fact that when you were 20 you probably were not SHIT! Because you are whatevet age you are you still aint SHIT! An insensitive idiotic moron. How dare you say he never looked O.K. to you.( ANOTHER JEALOUS COMMENT) I sure would like to see what the hell YOU look like. A HOT MESS I AM SURE!
@ttc958

There was no bitterness or jealousy in the comment. Not everyone is going to empathic to people who don't used judgement and make huge mistakes over and over again. It's NORMAL to hold people accountable.

You sound so defensive... that comment had no bitterness/jealousy.. it was just an observation.. He was saying that he has more experience in life because he/she is NOT in their 20s anymore but in their 30s/40s maybe...

You are loved and admired. It will be fine. Don't be embarrassed!! I was in the same position a few weeks ago. No family, barely a home, car wreck, high bills. But it will get better. I'm praying for you. Also don't consider it failure to go back or call home. Find your support system if you have one. These are the times you lean on family. (If they're available). TALK TO THEM!
