The 2nd goal by Arsenal was a well taken free-kick by Rice. Gabriel gave Konate a slight bump in the run-up which frees Merino to head home. L'pool had too many players out of position & ball watching. The front 2 players ( Robertson & Nunez) were out of position. At the back MacAllister was in no man's land and Curtis Jones was guilty of ball watching. I wonder if Kelleher cld hv positioned himself further out in the 6 yard box to cut out the danger. Just as Arsenal hv their set-piece play, other teams must learn how to deal with such set-ups to defend properly. They hv employed such tactics before.

While I’m sure there are things that Liverpool could have done better to prevent the goal, sometimes the delivery is that good that you’ve just got to appreciate the quality, that being said I agree with you that teams need to find a solution. Thanks for watching mate!

VVD is now too lazy in my opinion, he allowed the first goal by not tracking back quickly to support Robo.

It was, I agree, fantastic delivery from Rice as well. Sometimes you’ve got to give the delivery credit when you’re the opposition even though I’m sure they will feel that there are things they could have done different. Quality from Arsenal👍 Thanks for watching mate!
