I’ve been watching the show maybe 12 years and espn will always be the best years for me..because they were the troublemakers in there. They could lean into it now they have nothing to rebel against. The songs were very poorly produced and somehow better.. Stu Gottz was a lot better back then too. Notice how The stugotz army kind of died ?? and he became a fat drug addict low-key. Mike Ryan gained a huge ego, and stopped being funny Ever since they got the DraftKings money, I just thought it’s like saved by the bell the college years (some familiar faces but a lot of new stupid and annoying ones)and we know what happened after a couple seasons of that ..(Mike Ryan already leaving) Chris Cody used to leak confidence and that’s what made it funny but now he’s still just as bad at radio and overconfident. Roy is really the only one that stayed the same The DraftKings deal is also up in a month that’s been going for the last three years. I have a hard time believing they’re super willing to throw them another $50 million considering their show is still getting 30,000 views on KZbin or whatever. That can’t be what DK signed up for .!

Exactly you’re the problem not to be mean, but once they left ESPN, they realized a lot of their listeners were just there because it was on ESPN during the time of day where people wake up and turn on the radio. If you look at the view counts on KZbin, they really haven’t ever made it above 100 K since they left that’s nothing really. They were expecting a lot more people to follow them to their new platform and it didn’t really happen

Same here and it’s not intentional. The great thing about the dispersion of media into these different platforms is the freedom they get to forge their own path. But the decentralization of it too means as the consumer we have to be more plugged into all these different platforms instead of the three or four we would usually find our favorites

Highly questionable was the only show worth watching on ESPN. Around the horn was hit or miss. Same with Parton the Interruption with Cornheiser and Wilbon.
