There's probably a lot of legal ramifications around the whole idea of just banning Regi. I'm no lawyer or anything but it can't possibly be easy to ban an owner from eSports. It's already hard as it is in real sports like the NFL with the Dan Snyder situation, where the NFL as an entity has a lot more power to get rid of an owner while also having legal ramifications in potentially federal court against him than Riot or the LCS does versus Regi.

Hard to know what that would actually mean other than dragging out a lengthy court battle that could go on for years (he has the money to do so), or somehow refusing to allow the TSM name to continue in the LCS meaning the spot would be sold to a new ownership under a new name, depriving RIOT of its flagship brand (although safe to say that flagship looks like the Titanic these days anyway).

I dont know, I'm still not sold. A bunch of cropped out videos from years ago, a CONFIDENTIAL LETTER not supposed to be disclosed to anyone other than DL... I mean even Bjergsen commented on DL exaggerating and over selling how he remembers certain events playing out. I'm not backing up Regi, but allegations and incorrect forms of evidence shouldnt condemn someone as hard as the League community is condemning Regi.

There was a point in time where Reginald hired someone to hack HotshotGG's ( CLG owner ) account and they played with the hacker. You can find the video on KZbin somewhere. It was the reason why his team AoN at the time was banned from being able to compete in the WCG. Reginald has always been a toxic player who abused his power over his teammates and I'm glad he's finally getting called out on it. You would think he would change from all of this time - but considering the fact that he's never been punished for his actions, I guess he feels no reason to ever change his toxic ways.

As a early stage TSM fan (mostly Theoddone and Dyrus fan )I’d say his aggressiveness definitely contributed to TSM’s success, but as the company grows he needs to grow too…

Actually it didn't contribute well, it only made it worst. The pro players' performance get worst when they join TSM. The reason why TSM survived that time is because of Bsergjen.

Regi needs to disappear from the scene forever. He has plenty of money and will be more than fine living out the rest of his life. But he should have the privilege of being involved in LCS revoked absolutely for his literal years of transgressions at this point. Whether it be forcing the dismantling or removal of TSM, or the removal of regi himself by selling the company so he's no longer involved. But if Regi's TSM is allowed to keep existing it's only going to continue to damage the scene and brand of professional League of Legends.

Let's be honest, TSM made its name by OddOne to Dyrus to Bjergsen. He got lucky, his org got carried. To his benefit, he actively thought of making such team initially before anyone else, but still, he got lucky.

They were dominate before Dyrus and Bjergsen ever came along however they did both benefit the team. They had arguably NA’s best tournament record with TheRainMan and Reggie playing top and mid early on.
