So beautiful. Trevor Morris is legendary and made The Tudors a masterpiece along with Jonathan Rhys Meyers outstanding performance on the Show.

Music is great, trully beautiful. Too bad entire TV show is very historically innacurate. Jonathan Rhys Meyers(though in my opinion bit too short for real Henry VIII) is excellent actor and if he was given better script, it would be great to watch. There were some signs of somebody trying to show real dept of King's personality bits there and there, but whole TV show fails to portrait King merely on fact it didn't show how death of his at least 6 children by Katherine impacted him, it doesn't show her bad sides(at all) and overall is mostly based on catholic propaganda reports against him and against rest of characters in his court. Sure Anne's family could have been manipulative and wanting power at etc, but Thomas Boleyn was knight of bath already in 1509, and Anne's grandfather Thomas Howard(Earl of Surrey and later 2nd Duke of Norfolk) was very man who won the battle of Flodden Field in 1513(which nowadays is wrongly contributed to Katherine of Aragon-despite doing nothing for it, and evidence would suggest exact oposite...) and he was so highly favoured that in 1520, when Henry VIII went to Field of Gold to meet French King, Anne's grandfather was left as Regent. So trusted and in favour he was! TV show doesn't show that at all! No they were just poor and without tallent or power and favour... Also most of Henry VIII's wives, were probably redhaired(Katherine of Aragon-strawberry blond, Anne Boleyn dark auburn or reddish brown, Jane Boleyn blond, Katherine Howard, auburn, Anne of Cleves either redhaired or reddish brown, Katherine Parr auburn.) He had thing for it! Katherine Howard was minor raped by two pedophiles not teenage slut, and lady Jane Parker was probably not credible witness at all(hence notion of her cheating on KIng is also up for discussiona nd might not be fact either) and after Pilgrimage of Grace(which was bloody rebellion, no pieceful pilgrimage) Henry VIII executed just 220 men. Not thousands of people! ...And I could go on... We get it he was tyrant and bad guy in the end, but catholic propaganda overexagerating facts is often beyond ridiculous. Which is actually exactly what I was saying about Spanish Princess(Tv show supposedly about Katherine of Aragon's early years)-which is even more historically inaccurate than The Tudors. Like way worse!

The Tudors was the original Game of Thrones, except the last season doesn't suck. And so many things from the show actually happened in real life. You will fall in love with so many of the characters and cry when some of them meet their demise.

I cried when Jane Seymour died. Henry VIII was many things and he was never faithful but there was a reason she was referred to as his favorite wife. She sustained him. She was obedient to a fault. And she stood by her man regardless of what came

But I guess back then you did not have a choice. If the King wanted you, you had to be obedient or had to fear for your life. We will never know her thoughts about being married to a man 11 days after his last wife was executed on his demand. I believe she stood silent because Anne showed her that this is the only way to please him.

Jane Seymour has the saddest story of all of Henry's wives, especially her death. Catherine of Aragon was sad too but she fought back and at least got to live to a relatively old age. Anne Boleyn got what she deserved because she didn't know how to keep her mouth shut. Jane tried repair the damage done by Anne and restore Catherine's daughter, to help the Catholics, only to die having a baby. Jane had lots of potential to accomplish some great things, only to be ended by an infection that today can be prevented by simple hygiene.

Everybody says Anne was bad because she stole another women's husband. Later she got her Karma. Jane also did the same with Anne & she also got her karma.
