The two best characters in the Star Trek Universe

Dulmar and Lucsly. IMO the two most interesting characters in Star Trek. I'd really love to see a DTI TV series, but until then check out Christopher L. Bennett's novels Watching the Clock and Forgotten History for your D&L fix.
