I know you're in to eating very healthily and I'm not a person with cancer but I have a lot of digestive issues and find it hard to gain/maintain weight. Sometimes I find it useful just to snack, snack, and snack (esp salty items). I live in the South (US) and we have some unusual snacks probably not found over there. If you and Aisha would like to give them a go I would love to send some (if you have a place to send things to without invading your privacy). Positive thoughts from Alabama USA.

Instead of your porridge pot (or even as well as), freshly made juices would be a great addition to your diet. Juices full of greens especially. All the extra vitamins and nutrients will help on days where you don't have much of an appetite 💛

Hi beautiful. Your honesty and energy is contagious. 💜 You could try ginger, it may help with your nausea, after checking with your docs if it persists. Fresh ginger in tea, or water infused with fresh ginger/lemon....basically fresh ginger anything. Has been my go to for ages cos it helps me. Hope the new day tomoz you're feeling much better. 😊

Hi. I think that Nando's should give you free dinners forever since you advertise for them so much! lol. Also, I think that Apple should have you advertise for them as well. (I'm an Apple gal as well). Sorry your stomach is upset...maybe the times you take meds or the order of when you do that could be changed so that you don't have interactions. I do know that fruit juices like grapefruit and cranberry juice doesn't go well with some meds as well. Hugs to you...I wish you well.
