@@phiksit talking about it and saying scooter always gets me the thing is way bigger then a scooter and if you know anything about it the motor the same as a Handa ace 750 says I'm not a scooter but it was made for the white collar guy who wanted to get into bikes and ride to work but they all bought Harleys instead it not a look at me bike its a go to work pick up some mike and bread on the way home bike

my dad passed back in 2015 and his 97 that's red like this one has been in the back shad ever since I need to get to work on it great bike for what it is a go to work or up to the store for some mike and bread ,around the town bike love the back trunk fell it with ice and put some drinks and sandwiches in there and go to the park or beach

Bruh, while epoxy will fix it, it tends to re-crack because it is not ABS Material. You can make a ABS Slag using Black ABS cement and some abs shavings to fill it in and it sands very easily too. A HF Battery, ROFLMFAO. Ya get what ya pay for. If ya choke it and it runs but will not maintain idle, the pilot jets needs to be cleaned out. Maybe ya don't have to do that. Personally I would use some Seafoam in the oil and run it 1-200 miles drain and refill but I had bad luck with Lucas. Had to drain and just use regular oil. So did another round of seafoam to clean it all out, and refill it with recommended oil and it works just fine. We each have our successes though so good luck.

Or get a plastic welder. I use a 23 watt soldering iron with the tip sanded down to a chisel point. I get the welding filler rod from Menards. It's kind of rubbery and embedded with fiberglass.
