Sunshine in the morning would be nice. But we‘re in winter so I leave before sunrise and come back home when it’s dark…

I didn’t mention it in the video but you could possibly look at getting a sunrise lamp, which would have a similar effect 🤷🏻♀️👀

I have the same probleme. I found the easiest way to get a bit of sunshine in is in the lunch break. Normally you get a bit tired after eating so it helps to take a couple of steps outside in the sun. It doesn't even have to be a real walk.

get 8/9 hours each night, i go on a 2 hour walk every morning/ do 20k steps a day, i don't drink coffee (i have matcha about 4 times a week), i don't go on my phone till dinner time, im vegan and only eat whole foods, i do yoga before bed and every morning... and im still so exhausted lol
