Two years late, but... Time: 73.5 min GS: 98 WCA: -4 deg (to left) Fuel burn: 18.4 gal Glad that my answer seems to be similar to the ones already present. Definitely needed this for help with the E6B (trying to get all my resources as I can reviewed to best understand this thing before I think of doing the electronic version).
I did mine on my CRP-1 (UK version of an E6B) and i got a very similar result. Flight Time: 75 minutes GS: 96 WCA: -4 Required Fuel: 18.7

using the cardboard calculator:) Time: 75 min, speed 96, fuel burn 19 (rounded this baby up) WCA -4,
I think that E6B sort of grows on you (pun intended?). It sort of appeals to my visual-oriented mind. Though i've never really understood how slide rules do their magic. I understand it has something to do with adding/subtracting of logs. But it still seems like magic to me.

Can you calculate fuel burn in litres rather than gallons or do you have to calculate in gallons then convert to litres?
