Yes, I think it only works for photo. But it isn't such a big issue to me as i usually press the record button only once and do the rest in editing

No its not a camera but just a screw

There isn't an app for it. It basically just controls the front and rear lights and triggers the recording on your phone.

Hey how do you connect the Bluetooth to your phone?

You can just search via Bluetooth for the remote. No need install app. paper menu will let you know the device name to just connect

Thanks! I would say 2 hour is a safe gauge for a full charge, for the BT remote, maybe try not to exceed an hour of shoot but it shouldn't consume that much either ways

There will be of the same model from different brands/manufacturers so best to check the product reviews before buying but the one I am using is from USAMS

I believe there is a button to connect or it it connects automatically. Just need to make sure the battery is not flat, you should be able to connect it via Bluetooth pairing

Hi, the phone stand is realy good. But did you have any issues with the Bluetooth conection. For some reason i cannot conect with the phone and with the remote. Can you give me any advice regarding the Bluetooth conecting troubleshooting issues.

I don't have any issues as it connects instantly once it detects the Bluetooth network. Maybe u can try to refer to your manual and see if the shop you bought from has similar issues regarding the phone stand

Perhaps you might want to see how you can make your phone lighter and try not to extend it all the way but put it on a platform instead. Because at its max, the joints do become weaker especially for larger phones

My gf just got one and we cant open the thing like everyone else. We read all instruction before trying and it feels like it is stuck, i tried pushing it softly several times and then i tried to give it real ones, same result. Smh.

Try to see in the product review if others encounter the same issue as there are different manufacturers out there so quality might differ alittle.
