Hi @faethe creates, your welcome. Yeah it's pretty sturdy and stable, The only time I found it to wobble was when I placed it on a footstool which had a small curve on the surface so wasn't flat and extended it a bit far which made it wobbly/tilted. Other than that never had any issues, my desk wobbles more :}

Hi, sorry to hear that, I use my iphone adaptor. I have also had to use a cable from another item when I lost the original cable and that also worked ok. The company customer service might be able to give you help, they have been really helpful when I have asked them things before. Hope you get it sorted.

Hi, the only way I found was to press record before putting phone in the grip with screen facing down and using that way. The light and camera part folds if turned around. Hope this helps.

Hi, I did my first charge after I couldn't turn it on and that was a few months after I bought it. There was a blue flashing light where I plugged the cable in but can't remember if it stopped when fully charged.

Your welcome, apologies for the delay in responding. it can hold up to an iPhone 12 Pro Max, you might just need to remove the cover, which is what I sometimes do with my iPhone mini.

Thank you for watching, yes both the top and bottom light can be switched on or off, they can also go on separately if required, It can be used higher, I've used it at different heights and it's worked well.

I bought this just today and i find the weight of my iPhone XR (without the cover) causes the horizontal arm to bend a little, resulting in the base of the tripod appearing while i shoot a video. Hi, Sometimes the base shows with mine and I use an iPhone mini. I have tried adjusting the height of the tripod and moving the phone about just a little and it seems to work. I have also covered up the base with items to hide it when filming. I got the mat from Amazon, I think it was called dual coloured desk mat, the other side is silver.

Ok, i can see by your video here you did not charge the device, I have watched other videos, not one person talks about charging it out of the box. Does it come totally charged? If you did charge it, how long did it take to charge and when do you know when it's charged? Hi, its an Amazer T Office desk pad dual use (pink on one side and grey on the other) I found it on Amazon.au so brand might not be on amazon.com. Mines is 80cmx40cm, if you check under Desk Pads there is quite a few that come up. Hope that helps, thanks for watching.

Hi Amy, not sure why that is happening? What kind of phone is it? The site mentions it can hold up to iPhone 12/13 or Samsung 21 etc. As long as the grips and screen are facing upwards and the camera is facing down it shouldn't fall over. Maybe try and move the phone around when it's in the grips to balance it out. Hope this helps.

@@catcowan The company were great ! I emailed their support and they asked me (ironically but manageable) to send a video of the problem. Jason messaged back with a video showing it's a sharp thrusting movement needed. I got my partner to do it, but I struggled - even though it had been easy when I first got it. There's a catch at the back that closes the box and I'm hoping that the more I use it, the looser that might become. Maybe it's best not to close it fully if this problem repeats itself?

Hi they are on the bottom of the light. At 6:55 in the video where I have my thumb and finger if you slide over the curved bit they are both there on either side, you should be able to from the remote also. Hope this helps
