This was the best glow up on a budget video I've seen! Most of the other ones, the tips aren't very useful or well explained. Thank you for this! ❤

This is the best glow up guide i've come across ever i think! All the tips were very authentic & i can say that cuz i do a lot of them more or less & it does make a huge difference. I tend to lose interest in things & get depressed pretty easily so its important for me to keep myself engaged as well as keep searching for new things which might excite me, so yeah, i do these things & they help me to keep going on a daily basis.

@@user-pl6bc4pr8k First of all , calling someone unnie doesn’t apply on any nationality . You can call people whatever you want as long as it’s respectful and unnie is a respectful word . I think of them as my unnies . If I call them “didi” or something else they may not understand what I mean and may think of it as disrespectful.People like you that don’t think before speaking nor use a bit of their non- existent brain are not significant for me . I get hormonal acne and I'm trying to simplify my routine so I don't "weigh down" my skin and cause more breakouts. But, I've used Squalene at night after my moisturizer. Should I cut this out? could it be leading to more breakouts? thank you!
@BeautyWithin7 ай бұрын
I also have hormonal acne, and most of the time I've realized it's got less to do with products but more on balancing the hormones to reduce breakouts. Because an imbalance of hormones leads to hormonal acne. And the triggers are different for everyone, for me it was dairy (cows milk and lots of cheese) that led to hormonal acne, especially the week leading up to my period. It can also be processed sugar, lack of fiber, or lifestyle things like sleep. and then for skincare, testing different ingredients (like squalane) to see if your skin reacts to it all the time, or just momentarily can also help you figure out whether it's the products or something internal. Usually squalane is okay and doesn't tend to be inflammatory, but everyone's skin is different, so you can try taking it out of your routine to see if it makes a difference. if the breakouts still happen, then you'll know it's something else that's causing it :) hope that helps a bit, and don't worry, it takes time to learn about our skin and bodies! - fel x

I don't have money to buy a nail polish too😂,Because the very limited money I get, gets ued on skincare,hair care and clothing itself!
@pearinsomnia91886 ай бұрын
Try buffing your nails! You only need a buffing block or chamois cloth (it’s cheap and doesn’t have to be replaced); you basically polish your natural nails until they’re shiny. Use a thick cream around your cuticles and nail plates to keep them moisturized, and you can color the ends of your nails from underneath with a white nail pencil (also very cheap) to make them look better groomed.

Because it costs money to take care of yourself. Even if you just start eating better food, it costs more. I can’t say the same for other places but I know in the US basically everything better for you or to improve your life costs money

At 5:18 , is it really so expensive to get a litle trim and hair washing in New York? Please answer, this is really a genuine question, as I am shocked to say the least. I live in Belgrade (capital city of Serbia), and hair washing with getting my hair cut short (completely new hair style) costed me like 9 US dollars (or 1000 serbian dinar). I know Belgrade and New York cant compare and there are places in Belgrade which charge more; but its still shocking that its 10 times more expensive.
@PlumHorizon7 ай бұрын
In France it's between 30 and 50€ just for a hair cut and blow dry 🥲 I cut my hairs myself and only go when I need to structure my haircut a little bit better !
@senseideidara6507 ай бұрын
@@PlumHorizon i see. It makes sense now. There are fancy hair salons here that charge that much (only those charge that much), but usually ppl that are above middle class go there

everything in NY is so expensive haha, but there are definitely more affordable places to get a trim! I've been to a place that's $30+tip but there's no style cuts, it's literally just cutting off dead ends. - fel x
@TracyD26 ай бұрын
I live in New York and it’s expensive but I can cut my price by half by getting a wet cut. They just cut it and no style, which is fine by me. Unless I have an event to go do I’ll put it up or do it myself. Same with dying my hair I can buy professional products online and do my roots myself. Still NY is expensive and I’m ready to move. Been here for 50+ years and it’s bs to me now.

These don’t seem to be substantial claims. My supplements recommended by my doctor are mixed with green tea. Maybe it’s the meals and diet that typically accompanies avocado and eggs that may be inflammatory? These sound like pretty random combinations that alone should be fine.
