@@yuvalomrad7090 Yeah in the original video I was preaching more of a bulk, but overtime you shouldn't have to be as heavy if you're chasing aesthetics, health and width
@catstar23Ай бұрын
This is what makes PHAT such a good program, because day 4 is Back and delts, meaning you could do all these exercises in one session, so you basically have a day dedicated to width.

Landmine row is my favorite back exercise. The stretch you get is amazing, and like you said, using 25s instead of 45s increases ROM

can you do a tutorial on one hand db rows like you did in this video, i dont understand where im suppose to be feeling the muscles in this exercise. Im assuming the middle side lats but the only time i actually felt that part was doing a cable row with d handles that were shoulder width distance.
@PG.Coaching29 күн бұрын
Db rows work the whole back, but how I was doing it you’ll be getting a good amount of lats!

Have you ever tried reverse flies and when you fail and did partails set them down for 10 sec or less and then do skiers that shit kills my rear delts
@PG.Coaching29 күн бұрын
Yeah I used to do that, but the thing is I like beating the log book so too many extra intensifiers make it too annoying to track so straight sets I prefer
@Eniovrolix29 күн бұрын
@ i get that but progressing on rear delt flies takes a long time i always do side delts after and only log side raises when they go up in wheight so do my rear delt flies so i dont really track or count my rear delt stuff

I have biceps just like yours, they are narrow from the front, even tho when I flex they’re decently large (16 inches). Is that a genetic thing? How do I get wider biceps from the front?

Brachialis could make it look a bit wider from the front with some hammers, but also just getting the biceps bigger overall!

Dude I remember the first rendition of this video with Alphadestiny! you look and talk so different man, way leaner. But it appears your width is genetic
@PG.Coaching29 күн бұрын
Yeah of course my genetics play a role, nobody is denying that. Doesn’t mean I don’t have big lats/shoulders though because they are large. You do know a good chunk of yt fitness influencers have good genetics and have assistance so everyone’s using their strengths to their advantage! You could still give advice if you have blessed genetics in an area. If the advice is solid it’s solid!
@MrFirstMiddleLast29 күн бұрын
@ absolutely agree. The advice is indeed solid. I just have to temper my expectations being a short clavicled human comparing myself to someone like you. Do you think that actually becoming wider is possible?
@PG.Coaching29 күн бұрын
@@MrFirstMiddleLast Of course it is, if you get strong enough at the right lifts and eat well then for sure you can fill out your frame relatively speaking. We all have areas that aren't as good my man. For me its chest and arms so front load those In programming. It's rare someone has it all. Send me a dm on IG and I could take a closer look at your physique and technique if you want!
