Nice video, there are quite a lot off plan offerings in Seven Lakes, which are located also in JLT. Do you have any opinion on that project?

I haven't researched the project, however, personally I would go for a property on the secondary market. Unless you want to benefit from the payment plan and don't mind waiting :)

Any thoughts on Lake terrace towers and Armanda in JLT?

I think Goldcrest Views 1 and 2 offer good yields, the buildings and apartments are quite good. What do you think Tom?

Yes both are good and I actually stayed in an airbnb in Goldcrest Views 2 and the building / location are great (spinny's + McGettigans very close by and the building was well maintained and the lifts were fast etc). For a studio last year I paid AED 7,000 for one month :)

Which project do you recommend in under 2 million with 8% NET ROI in Marina, JBR and JLT?

Tough choice check my Dubai Marina video for optiosn there. In JLT if you get a 2-br in MBL residence under 2million i think that will do you well :)

@@TomJacksonDXB hi Tom, do you think that buying at ghe secondary market is better than off plan ? Sometimes off plan projects are "cancelled " or delayed... and this makes investors afraid... cause they dont know IF AND WHEN they will see the handover 😮😮😮😮😢😅😅😅
