I'm a radio control airplane fanatic, and model collector. There are some real gems there. Gas tether cars are worth a small fortune themselves. Amazing collection.

3:52 The little blue sprint car in that case is a Ray Cox Thimbledrome teather car from the 50's. My late uncle had one that he won as a prize for being paperboy of the year. I now have it and it's in mint condition. Love these videos!

Great stuff, would love to see a video of your Dad's guitar collection. If you ever make your way up to Pike'val to visit Dennis George it would be interesting to see a video of his collection. I was there in the early 90's when he & I worked together at UTA Dayton & he had 30+ cars in various stages of completion at that time.
@HotRodHoarder5 жыл бұрын
One of these days I'll go rummage through Dennis' collection. He's been close friends with my dad for over 40 years. Last I heard, he had over 70 vehicles (with titles), and lots of parts cars stashed away in the woods. He still has his black '34 Ford coupe, orange '55 Chevy, lots of cool trucks and other projects. I'd love to get him and his collection on camera--he's one of a kind!

How well do you know the History of the "Stone, Woods and Cook" Willy's Gasser from the 60s ? Steve Cook, the son of Doug Cook is a good friend and allowed me to record a video in his garage filled with SW&C Stuff. Its on my other channel randysfiftysevenchevy under Visiting the Stone Woods and Cook Garage. My 57 is pretty period correct from the 60s so some of your viewers might want to check it out.

I prefer junk. Real junk. Pull some junk out of the woods and let our imagination take us away. I like the collection but it doesn’t really do it for me. But it was fun to see. Thanks for all you do.

I'm right there with you Bradley. REAL junk is where my heart is, but I can't help but appreciate a collection that's nicely sorted and put on display for people to see and enjoy. I'll try to provide a good mix of JUNK and collections in the series.

If you are a true old school hot rodder or seasoned collector you hate the term "man cave". Real veteran hot rodders have their cars and collections in GARAGES or in their SHOP. The term man cave is for the guys that are afraid to get their hands dirty. CANCEL the term Man Cave
