I'm 140-160 days into SR, I've lost count. A lot has changed to the point I don't recognise who I used to be. The darkness you're talking about seems to be my biggest obstacle, I have a lot of anger and hate towards myself and unreasonably to other people. The last 2 months all of this has been coming up and is one of the most difficult times in my life. Which I find strange because I'm in a far better place than I've ever been. I've been on this journey completely alone, I've been watching your videos on and off for the last 5 months, you've helped me a lot.

Great video, bro. I truly believe you are providing a lot of value with this kind of wholesome content. I also wanted to add a comment about the importance of understanding the learning curve when starting to practice a new habit/skill. For example the gym. A lot of people quit the gym because they overestimate their own skills and without ever lifting weights try to go and do a 3 hours workout and never come back, when if they only had started small enough they would have kept consistency and in a couple of years they would have been able to do that kind of Hardcore workout. The thing is to have humility and set the bar low enough so we can actually start and keep consistency. I think it's really important, it's one of those things that have prevented me from doing a lot and luckily I have managed to learn my lesson...

Absolutely brilliant koen I'm only 3/4 way through your video and I feel you have provided alot of value you've summarised lots of key points very well. I tend to not like reading swathes of information from books but these video presentations really make it understanding information easy to digest. I do feel atm it's difficult to do this alone a support group and maybe 1 on 1 mentoring would be nice at least for the initial stages.
