Yes to shorts, I’m 76 and still have good legs, so yes I show them. The legs are the last to go. Going out I keep them moisturized, sometime use makeup primer. ❤

I just adore all of your platforms! I very, very much agree with having special night wear. I often enjoy a soaking bath in the evenings and just love to slip into something nice and comfortable for sleeping! I am the same way with my bedding! Hi Beth I see your look books still tend to feature outfits as opposed to following a capsule wardrobe approach which is favoured by many younger influencers. Seeing the comments, I recognise that I am in the minority but I’m starting to struggle with a large rack of clothes that are seemingly unrelated to each other and prefer to see how fewer pieces can be integrated with each other to make a variety of looks. It makes for a smaller wardrobe, less decision fatigue, and is more sustainable. I love your style and do enjoy seeing your outfit choices in Look of the Day shorts. Perhaps you could consider a video where you put together a capsule of your favourite look book pieces?

At age 68, I still wear shorts (although not as short as the green ones you’ve shown) and above-knee-skirts in the warmer seasons. I wear ankle-length pants, because I prefer them to cropped wide-leg pants. Although I’m tall like Beth, that style of pants makes me look shorter and squatter. Not my thing at all, but if it works for you, go for it!

Beth I just love your style. A great mix of classic and modern. I love your comment about showing our arms as women. I have great shoulders and great bicep muscle definition, but I have the old lady bat wing arms. I still wear sleeveless and halter tops. It took me a long time to love my body and recognize it for all it does for me everyday. We are heading out next week for a European river cruise. I have a couple of linen pieces.
