The UN warns tourists not to visit the India Pakistan border. Not only that, but we shouldn't be within 10km of the India Pakistan border. The problem we have is that, the west have been very wrong about a lot of what we've experienced here in India. So we wasn't going to start trusting them now. The Indian people have been nothing but welcoming, treating us like their own since we arrived. We felt very safe and very comfortable. And we're glad we went! We had an amazing experience... We felt the passion and love for the country like we've never experienced anywhere in the world! We thank the Sikh community for taking care of us too... unrivalled hospitality! Waheguru! 🖤🇮🇳
We didn’t expect to see this at the lowering of the flags ceremony at the Wagah border near Lahore. Every evening on the border between India and Pakistan is a daily military practice whereby they have a ceremonial fight scene, dancing, music, epic marches, lowering the flags and close the gates for the night. They said very correctly....DON'T go near unauthorized border areas. India Pakistan share long borders stretching from Rajasthan till J&K....these are routes for infiltration and smuggling. UN never meant wagah which is a tourist spot and absolutely safe.

When Ukraine and Russia War started, Indian Government was successfully able to evacuate 20k Indians... And atleast 700 of them were evacuated by negotiations with both Putin and Zelensky...and made a safe corridor for Indians to get to safer places during ongoing full fledged War with Modern weapons.... @@kaushiklalit yes they do take care of every part of the border, but you must also know that tentions are always high on the border, and border is no tourist destination anyway so if you were to go to a random part of high tention border, then what do you expect the response of army to be? that its cool and they can visit at any time?? no right obviously they will properly investigate you, and might even keep you at custody for some time and worst case scenario, if you are acting out, not cooperating or running at border or doing anything that can be deemed dangerous, then I won't be surprised if they immediately take you down and you can be criminally charged BORDERS ARE NO TOURIST DESTINATION, SPECIALLY HIGH TENTION BORDERS LIKE THAT OF INDIA PAKISTAN

There is a submarine museum that consists of ins kursura(s20) and played a role in patrolling during the Indo-pak war in 1971 situated in the state of Andhra Pradesh, Visakhapatnam. This place will give you a whole different experience. 3km from this coast is where pns ghazi aka uss diablo was sunk by ins rajput( acquired from Britain previously hms Rotherham which served the royal navy during world war 2).you should visit this place, and there are a lot of places like kailasagiri, vuda park, Rushikonda beach etc. Unlike Delhi where temperatures are hot here weather is quite cool and mostlt it reaches 32 degrees in maximum during afternoons, traffic is very less and varied from places, there are not much sound and pollution. You can find many playgrounds and there are temples like simhachalam which correspond to the history of hundreds of years, invaders could not even touch this temple.

In view of the UN guidelines... there are international rules and regulations which all countries follow and armed forces of all nations are posted quite far from the Zero Point of any border . So in common sense no one will go to a border area. People who live in the area all know how the whole system works. This is the rule all over the World. Wagah Border is one of the various official crossing points and the parade of the Retreat Ceremony where the Flags of India and Pakistan are lowered and the border gates are shut for the day. The international geopolitical scenario is such that every one plays the game seeing their own benefits and rightly so. Everyone does things taking into account their own benefits and Interests as well as keeping their citizens happy so that they get a favorable vote in coming elections. So International policies of Nations is... " You scratch my back and in response I will scratch your back". Suppose Ukraine would have been an Asian country near Singapore or Malaysia. The western countries would not have bothered about the war, but because Ukraine is at the European Eastern axis sandwiched between Poland and Russia, Europe feels the heat so the international community is all ganged up against Putin. If the same thing were happening in Africa or Asia then the whole perspective and support of the European Union or the United Nations would have been totally different. BoJo made many visits to meet Zelensky because after BREXIT the UK is alone so by visiting Ukraine a number of times Boris Johnson was telling the World and Ukraine that Britain is still has a part in the geopolitical scenario of the World regardless of BREXIT. India and United Kingdom are going to write and sign a Trade Agreement. This has to be done if the UK has to survive outside the EU. Some Nations cannot digest the fact that India has a large numbers of professionally educated people who are experts in their respective vocations. So when one cannot keep up with the Jones's then one can only pick out binaries that suit their own constituency. Just like people talk about only Soweto and other areas of Johannesburg, but there are many places in the city that are very posh and having beautiful parks and malls and other locations. But Africa is shown as Ethiopian Camps, Sand People of Serengeti, Mt. Kilimanjaro, the girl dancers of the Zulu Tribe , Robert Mugabe and his rule or Idi Amin and what he did in Uganda. The German quarter in Namibia is so beautiful, there are many other tribes and lions, cheetahs and rhinos are not roaming all over the Continent of Africa. Africa has developed places, and not everyone lives in huts. So binaries are made by countries and organisations on some preconceived ideas and blowing out of proportion one or two incidents. The whole picture is never told only glimpses of a country are shown with keeping certain situations and perceptions, so that the international community follows their diktats blindly. Words have Power and the words of powerful international bodies and individuals can break or unite people.
