Thank you so much for sharing this inspirational story. I have just reconciled with God at the age of 57. Very similar story but my parents were not of faith. I lived a lifetime of autonomy and self destruction. I was bitter and angry and then everything, every aspect of my life fell apart. I knew I was on the wrong path. I had been considering Baptism for two years before I finally took the plunge. Lol in such a short time I am changed. My heart is full. I have more work to do but I will never stray again. Thank you so much father Frankie my heart is with you.
